We had the medium-priced ribeye steaks (dry-aged - about $68 each without vegetables), so with wine & tips we ended up spending about $250 at the restaurant for two of us. Flame offers much more expensive steaks (in the $130+ range just for the steak),...More

We decided to visit Flame this year for our steak dinner. Pricey but excellent choice. I have the ribeye but is hard to go wrong with any item in the menu. Good service!

This place was amazing. The staff was awesome, grounds were beautiful and we enjoyed our stay. It was my birthday and they gave me a completely ice cream dish.

This is our second visit to Flame-to enjoy the Wagyu beef cheeseburgers and truffle fries. The wine list is extensive and craft beer selections available. One in our party left room for a sweet treat-Maple-Bacon Donuts-a satisfying dessert that had me at "bacon".

Good restaurant nicely appointed with a decent selection of various cuts. We started off at some virgin ginger drinks and they quite honestly were not the best. However the Australian lamb chops and 8 ounce fillets were spot on and filled the void. We also...More

All sides are extra, served family style and big enough to share with 2-3 people with normal portions.

Make dining fun again. Four Seasons Resort Vail has reinvented Flame Restaurant with inventive twists on classic steakhouse favorites. Start off by tempting your palate with elk corndogs and a duo of dipping sauces, indulgent sides, such as truffled comte fritters with wild mushroom and bacon ragout, or satisfy your sweet tooth with maple bacon doughnuts with cherry bourbon compote. Of course, our menu still offers a variety of prime steak selections, like the 32-ounce dry-aged Waygu Ribeye, which is cooked to perfection under our 1,800 degree custom broiler, paired with house-made sauces and carved tableside.
