Swiss Dog is a must! This is an amazing combination of Bratwurst, Cilantro, onion arugula, mustard on a grilled roll that fantastic!

The lettuce added on top of the brat was disgusting. Rotten and slimey. Great crispy bun but hardly makes up for the yuk lettuce. Unacceptable.

Went to Vail for about a week and spent most of my mornings here. The coffee is amazing, super foamy and super hot, just how I like! I also had the sausage, also pretty tasty! Love this place, great service.

We were short on time and hungry. Blue cow fit the bill. Sausage is tasty and nice beer selection. Place is small and very limited menu. However if you want sausage on a good roll and a beer, this place is it.
