The Ham & Cheese roll and Biscuits & Gravy were as good as you can get! Service was excellent - both ladies were polite, attentive, and friendly! My wife and I will return :)

The restaurant was adorable and the owner was very nice. I like to visit local shops to encourage local patronage. However, on the particular day I visited, I noticed that the kitchen was very dirty and there were flies everywhere. I only ordered a beverage...as I didn’t want to eat with the flies in the prep area and the milk sitting out in the air. Hopefully, things are cleaner the next time. I mean no harm or ill will to the owner but the flies are a health concern for everyone.More

My friend and I each had one of their enormous sandwiches....very generous portions of both the meat in my sandwich and in my friends. They were very busy for 1:00 on a Thursday and the short wait did not disappoint. The staff was efficient and...friendly. The sandwiches were delicious. Both my friend and I took half of our sandwich home. I will be back -- too full to try their delicious looking baked goods so that will be my priority next time.More

Visited this gem of a historic mining town and stopped here for lunch around noon. It was very busy, but worth the visit. I wanted to try a mini chicken pot pie, but they were sold out. So had a sandwich. It was enormous (...order a half loaf sandwich and you'll have enough for two, about two 5”-6" pieces). Bread was delicious. Desserts are scrumptious. Peanut butter pie was about the best I’ve ever had.More

Midweek, around 11AM, this place was very busy and I think everyone in this small town must be there for the great bakery items and yummy sandwitches. Get in line, get the plastic menu and a pen and mark off what you want, maybe wait...20 minutes if busy for a sandwitch but worth the wait thanks to the amazing homemade bread. The people there are super nice but go early. Lovely to sit outside (the side of the building) with the three Whippets and eat. The famous ‘bee sting’ cake is worth trying, very unusual and not overly sweet but the winner by a mile was the peanut butter pie. OMG, best I’ve ever had. So creamy and what a great crust. To die for. Well worth the time to drive from Woodland park for just the pie alone. The town is pretty cool too but it seems everyone we passed in Victor after lunch were people we first saw in this bakery. It draws people in as it should. We will go back next time we visit the area.More

We come here a couple of times a year just to get a piece of their Bee Sting Cake. It is so fresh and delicious, and not too sweet. They will give you a piece big enough to share. A large piece of cake and...a coffee came to $6.50. There is an outside sitting area to the left of the front door. Make sure to stop in here after hiking to Rita the troll.More

What a great find in Victor Colorado. Stopped here for lunch and it was great. You may think it it tricky to bake a 2 miles high but they have mastered it. The Black Forest cake was amazing and wish I could have tried more.

We’re from 1000 miles away. Traveling to see Phantom Canyon Road. Found Gold Camp with a Google search. What luck. If we were local we would be regulars. Hot biscuits and gravy were really a treat. Cinnamon role as well. Outstanding pastries. Not as sweet...as some, which was actually much, much better. Really, really friendly staff. Quaint old building in the heart of Victor. Please stop by if you can.More

After walking around historic Victor, we stopped at Gold Camp Bakery for a slice of Bee Sting Cake. It was so delicious that we went back and got a slice of carrot cake for the drive home. The portions are generous and taste great!

Went to the CFAM market at Margarita at Pine Creek today. Got some cookies (the kind with the dollop of chocolate on the top) and OMG!!! Best I've had since leaving NYC decades ago. I will honestly drive up to Victor from Colorado Springs for...cookies (but will likely call first to make sure they have some in the bakery). If you find them at a market in the Springs, don't pass them by.More
