Stayed at the hotel with our kids for a hockey tournament. Great menu, but pretty expensive. Only ate breakfast here which was over $40. The breakfast burrito was HUGE and amazing!!

Red chili is amazing. Navajo tacos are delicious, but messy. Their salsas are unique and tasty. Great place.

Kachina was soo great! Holy guacamole the appetizers were wonderful and the portions were large. The tequila list was enormous so we all sampled a pretty good variety. The skirt steak was by far the best I have had in a very long time. You must try the side of rajas con crema. OMG! My friend had the chicken enchiladas... More

Went for Sunday brunch. Had a reservation, which turned out to be a good idea as they were busy. Surprisingly, we were made to wait while walkups of a similar size party were seated immediately. We were told it's because our table needed to be cleaned, which would make sense if it were in a prime location, but it wasn't.... More

The "Happy Hour" menu shows drinks at a discounted rate, BUT... they say the menu is wrong and drinks are full price. The waitress, Andrea, was SUPER rude about it. I'm staying here for 3 nights and will be going elsewhere for dinner/drinks. :-(

Southwest style meals. I spent more time on breakfast and lunch than dinners. I was less impressed with the dinner options but the breakfast choices were really good and reasonably priced. The servers were very attentive and the food at breakfast was especially good. I liked the slow cooked steel cut oats, the huevos rancheros, and the southwest style breakfast... More

The menu is quite different that you expect from a hotel restaurant. It's very interesting and varied. The food here is fantastic and the staff is the best.

We have visited several times. The service varies each time. This is inside the hotel so if there is an event going on, it can get super crowded. Best to try on a weeknight. If you can get the lady making the fresh tacos to come your way, try them! They are the best! The food is consistently good.

It is obvious that the Kachina Grill is a popular spot, not only for travelers but for locals as well. The restaurant was really hopping both Friday and Saturday nights, as well as Sunday morning. Reservations are advised!

Kachina-A modern Southwestern restaurant that sits comfortably close to Denver and Boulder, yet just far enough away to escape the exhaustive beat and to truly enjoy a festive gathering with friends and family.
There's nowhere better to relax and soak in the rich Southwest culture and its spirited cuisine than Kachina: an inviting oasis where you can sit by a calming Kiva fireplace on an expansive patio while looking out toward the Rockies in the distance.
Our chefs take diners on a culinary journey back to the land with grilled bison, green chile burgers, posole, Navajo tacos and more, just as the locals have done for hundreds of years.
Kachina also features an extensive wine list, local & regional brews, and creative, crafted cocktails. Let Kachina's collection of handcrafted tequilas and artisan mezcals expand your horizon.
