My husband and I love it here, my friends and I love it here, my 2 yr old daughter loves it here. Great staff, delicious food (yes, I have licked the plate on several occasions) and the atmosphere is cozy. It's fresh food so sometimes you have to wait but that is a good thing! And it's BYOB!

We are regulars at Green Papaya where we have tried almost all entrees. Although the food is basic Thai, with some surprises from Northern Thailand, it is all fresh and prepared to order. Our favorites include curry puff and summer roll appetizers, the Asian and yum salads, shrimp pad thai, spicy eggplant with chicken and shrimp cashew nut with vegetables.... More

We have been dining here every Friday for years. We have tried every other thai place including both Blue Elephants and none of them come close to the quality of food at Green Papaya. You get to know the family who runs the restaurant - sweet, hardworking, casual and super-friendly. Try it, you will not go anywhere else

Green paypaya is the best place for Thai food in the Farmington valley - their pad see ew and drunken noodles are so delish! My husband really likes their larb and the curries are excellent too! If you like authentic tasty Thai food - this is the place!

Doesn't look like much from the outside but the food is great! My husband and I frequent this place whenever we are craving Thai. I prefer the style of cooking here over other Thai restaurants in the area. The massaman curry is my go to dish but my husband has enjoyed nearly their entire menu at this point with no... More

Whenever we do take out this is our go to. The food is excellent. The portions are not large. Love the sticky rice. Everything we have ordered is fantastic. We have probably ordered over 20 times. Love the Bring your own wine when you dine in.

If you're near Canton Connecticut, be sure to visit Green Papaya for lunch or dinner. The menu has been recently expanded to include more appetizers, soups, salads and Thai entrees. We have tried many of the selections and particularly like their Shrimp and cashew dish accompanied by a green papaya salad and curry puff appetizer. The restaurant is BYOB and... More

Our family orders out from Green Papaya almost monthly which is notable since we do not order out a great deal. Their food is dependably wonderful and their staff is always quite sweet. They are becoming a Canton institution.
