Last time I was here (Sept 2014) I just had Pad Thai, and it was very good. This time I went with a house salad and two sushi rolls. The salad was simply excellent, with a delightful light ginger dressing. The Alaskan roll was just fair and the eel avacado roll was very good. Service was very good. Last time,... More

When we visit CT we try to enjoy a dinner at Mei Tzu. Wonderful Asian food. This trip we tried lunch and enjoyed it every bit as much. Excellent entree selections. Well prepared and attractively presented. One of our group got a sushi plate which he enjoyed and two of us ordered the General Tso's chicken. With fried rice and... More

I remember going to Mei Tzu soon after it opened, and went again last month. I was impressed with the quality on the first trip just as much as the most recent trip (and the bar has been raised quite a bit in that time). Everything is consistently good, regardless of where your tastes lie. Appetizers, salad, soup, chinese cuisine,... More

Mei Tzu not only has great food but is one of the few Chinese food places in the area where you can actually dine in and enjoy the atmosphere. The food is some of the best Chinese I have ever had, I'm not big into Sushi but my friends that are rave about it. I would recommend this restaurant to... More

I was delayed a night for my flight to the west coast and had to spend the night near the airport. I was expecting sub-average food in that area. It was in a small strip mall with a few businesses. Not an attractive place outside but once inside it was a calming and comfortable environment. Service was good but most... More

By far and away the best Asian food in the area - well worth the price - great value for the craft of sushi!

Went on a Thursday night. Not overly busy. Was seated and waited in right away. Clean interior. Very fresh greens in the salad, tasted like they grew it there. Many spicy items on the menu that I am not a fan of, but still plenty of choices for me.

Very fast and friendly service. Clean restaurant. Great selection of lunch specials. $7 entrees with choice of 3 rices. Add a soup for $1. The Wonton soup had 3 plump wontons and a very nice broth. The spicy chicken with fried pork rice was excellent. Leftovers bonus. Missed the bowl of fried noodles Looking forward to next visit. Easy access... More

I have gotten take out at Mei Tzu several times, both Chinese and Sushi options. I think their food is great and definitely would continue to order from there. The wait to pick up is usually longer than they tell you, so plan ahead. I think their sushi is priced on the expensive side but it's delicious so I think... More
