Four of us on a business trip saw the reviews and decided to stop in on a Monday night. What a great decision. The area where the restaurant looks really cool (it was too cold for us to explore), but the restaurant itself is a...More

My only hope is that my review will do this restaurant the justice it deserves. The management style is unsurpassed in that every single waitress is not only engaging and extremely enjoyable to talk with, they all seem to be cross trained. Every waitress knew...More

While in Mystic, I highly recommend a meal at the Oyster Club. The atmosphere is cozy and warm, especially on cold winter nights, and the service is extremely friendly. The servers are extremely knowledgeable about the food. The chef has apparently gotten very interested is...More

This place is good for the oysters and clams. Very good quality and our server was well versed with each type of oyster. Our entrees were okay, but nothing special. Our cocktails weren't what we expected or asked for. We did feel it was overpriced...More

Amazing food, great burger nice atmosphere. Kid friendly but not the best if they need to run around. I’ve never dined in the dinning room we always go to the bar area which has a better menu.

First up, the oysters were very good: $2.50 each on the half-shell. Nicely presented and clean. There were four or five named varieties and the waitperson was helpful and knowledgable. The main menu was OK. A mish mash of this and that, no strong theme....More

Perfect drinks: Creative, tasty. Perfect salad: Crispy greens, plump tomatoes, colorful peppers, anointed with subtle dressing. Perfect Tuna: Seared rare, anointed with tasty sauce. Perfect desert: Flaky crust enveloping sweet pears anointed with fluffy cream. Perfect service. Perfect dining. Perfect evening.

I love clam chowder. My husband makes great clam chowder. One of the things that I hate about commercial clam chowder is the clam potato ratio. Most of the time it's 10 potato cubes to 1 clam. I'm not sure if the restaurant puree the...More

The Happy Hour is from 4 to 6 and I believe it's offered every day, but check the website. It might be too hot on very humid days because of its location...just a hint for you.
