the staff was so welcoming and really nice , fast service the salad was good , but the soup was heavy (too much cream ) but good taste. the view is superb with a nice small light house . a good place to make memories & pictures

SoNo is a fave for a quick lunch. The food can be hit and miss if you get adventurous, but it is one of the last reasonably priced, independent casual places to enjoy a reasonable lunch with wine or beer. They never rush you. The clam chowder can be a bit gluey, but the stuffed clams, steamed anything and onion... More

The food is great. The place is just plain and simple. No frills. The service was quick and friendly. But I must say, I have eaten at hundreds of restaurants around the world in my 50 years of business travel and this meal I had was one of the best things I have ever tasted. I ordered oysters, which were... More

I have enjoyed the deck here for decades. On a warm summer evening, it's the place to go. You can't beat sitting out over the water. Friends love their lobsters, my wife loves their fish of the day, broiled. I always have Fish & Chips. Usually a couple of pieces of cod, deep fried. Really good!

My wife and I had a very relaxing dinner at this restaurant, and they catered superbly to my wife's "gluten free" requirement, as she is a Celiac. Not expensive, by Connecticut standards, and a wonderful location right on the waterfront! Great for couples, family and friends!!

Delicious clam chowder split with hubby. I had the seaport seafood platter (with potato and mixed vegetables)while hubby had the lobster pot pie with puff pastry. Both were really, really good. Hubby ended the meal with a slice of key lime pie.

We stopped in for a glass of wine and raw bar items: oysters, clams & shrimp. The seafood was fresh and delicous. It was nice outside on the deck, but the wasps drove a young family away, and was a nuisance that became stressful. The deck is tired, might be nicer at night

Thank Eric H
