Their cashier Kaye seem to be very unhappy with her job that she did not bother to be discreet about her hatred towards her job and customers. She is rude and unaccomodating, that it totally ruins the whole Santis experience. I will never ever go back to Santis Silang! They have the worst customer service ever!

I've gone to both branches in close proximity to Tagaytay -- had some bread, gourmet sausages and wine at Silang branch (along Aguinaldo Highway) and bought some food to-go (fresh cherries and a few other gourmet snacks) at the Twin Lakes, Laurel Batangas branch (along Tagaytay-Nasugbu Rd). If you're dining with a senior citizen, have them order a separate order... More

we were 11 for a late lunch. service was shockingly slow and there was nothing you could do to get the four girls and two chefs to move any faster. none of them smiled - they seemed so bored with their jobs, which is unfortunate as this is all about customer relations, repeat visits, and word of mouth. and finally... As a person with a stressful job, I need a place to eat quietly & heartily. Unfortunately, this place should not be that place. Resto space is cramped including its parking. Food taste is mediocre & price is revolting. It is also highly commercialized because it houses a grocery of imported highly priced items including angus beef. Service is also... More

We've tried quite a number of places in Tagaytay, having a condominium flat in the city and we were aching for something new. Well, not exactly new - Santi's. More known as a delicatessen, its Tagaytay/Silang branch has a small and cozy restaurant attached to it. Its selections are not many but all are good. If one fancies to shop... More

It is wonderful to walk into Santi's Tagaytay- go through the aisles of deli products (bottled, canned, fresh, frozen ) then sit down to a Swiss style lunch of sausages and rosti. A delicious way to unwind in the now hectic Tagaytay. Service is good with friendly staff. Ambiance is simple..and homey. You can order a refreshing glass of wine... More

We found this place as we were strolling around "Twin Lakes" store fronts. It reminded me of delicatessens for sandwiches of meats and cheese like the States, as well as wine. Although it didn't have that aged meat and cheese scent which I love. The Rueben sandwich tasted ok but had too much sour kraut with only one slice of... More
