Nice casual, fun atmosphere. Service was good. All or at least most seafood dishes were "market price". I can understand lobster and maybe scallops but even the lemon baked scrod was market price. I ended up getting that -15 change - kind of dry. Not...More

The lobster rolls were good- but expensive. There was a choice of a 4 oz for 18.99 or an 8oz for 29.99. Prices for seafood are not on the menu. You don't know how much it costs unless you ask or until you see it...More

Rather rustic and very informal dinning areas, the food was fresh but lots of deep fried selections. Better to wait till spring/summer to eat outdoors. Good scallops!

Seafood dishes are great, fresh and good portion size for fair price. Full service bar. Service was good and friendly.

Didn't really enjoy our meals here on a Friday night. Tried the fish and chips and also a burger. Nothing was very tasty and really can't say we enjoyed our meal.

Grew up in CT and know what good seafood tastes like. I've also been all over New England and many tropical places and I know what GOOD, fresh fish tastes like. Sam the Clams is a dive bar and the atmosphere is casual and laid...More
