I am not from the area, and needed to find a quick lunch. Someone recommended this place for a really good sandwiches. I was not disappointed. The corn beef was as fresh as it gets and quite tender. The sandwich was authentic New York style. Loved it! It would not be someplace that I would eat in, since it doesn't... More

Steve's Place is a locally owned sandwich shop that serves you quickly and is a good value...especially their Meatball Grinder!

Great experience with all their sandwich specials. Have been a bit disappointed with their soups and also their salads were just average.

Went for lunch... A grinder and wrap, one side of potatoe salad and one snapple..$25. I might not have balked if it was outstanding but it was So-so at best.

The shakes are real. the meet is great. The french fries are still not at McD's level. The rest is very good.

From chicken parm dinners to chicken parm sandwiches with sauce and peppers, we always feel good about simple basics here at this local eatery. Bring a beer or wine or have a Snapple and a sandwich stacked with sliced chicken and provolone. The banter is fun and and the food is fine.

The subs are 10 dollar subs....even though they charge a ton more. Two large subs is over 30 bucks. We had them once or twice.....chicken parm and meatball. They were okay, but its just so much money compared to the value. We usually go to Michaelangelos now....9 dollars for the same thing, though I don't think they have cold cuts.

I found the food just ok. I got the roast beef which did not blow me away but not horrible either. I thought their pricing was a little high for what they delivered and with that combination I probably would not go back.

This place isn't anything special to look at but it has the best Chicken Cutlet Sandwiches around! Try them! You will love it! Beware they are huge a half a sandwich is the size of a typical whole anywhere else.. Great sandwiches..
