Traveled into town to visit parents/grandparents and they took us to Senor Panchos. The food was delicious and big servings, and I loved their drink I ordered some coconut lime and ginger beer, was really good.

Went to Senor Panchos with my family for my sister's birthday last month and we had such a great time together. Especially with our new addition to our family, baby Maddy. I had their Chimichanga and wow it was so good. Really crunchy and lot...More
This Mexican restaurant is a fixture in Southbury. It is a fun smallish place with a lively bar crowd all year. Families are comfortable in the dining room. Food is well prepared and served quickly. Variety is good. Prices are quite attractive.
Senior Panchos saved the day. Got locked out of the car, by the time that was taken care of it was way past dinner. We went out for Mexican. The chicken tortillas apps were great. And my chimichangas were very good. Tho not on the...More

Ordered the entree special. It was excellent. Regular item off of the entree menu was very good also. Variety of beers as well as the regular Mexican favorites. Service on the slow side.
