We stopped for lunch and enjoyed the burgers and ham and Brie Pannini. As for the service, started out good but while one person was still eating lunch the waiter came over and asked if there was anything else, dessert, and then asked if he could take some dishes away. Not sure what the rush was as there were empty... More

It was one of the nicest breakfasts I'd had. Menu is a little different, food was good, service was good, it was so comfortable and pretty. A great start to the day.

Rehoboth has a lot of good restaurants... competition is stiff. Cafe Azafran this past Saturday was a huge disappointment. Decor was good, wait staff was adequate, but the food was sub-par for this level of restaurant. One meal was overcooked, one meal was partially raw, one was very good and one was average. I was told that they were having... More

We wanted a unique salad so this was the selected place! The salads are huge, fresh and tasteful. I love brie cheese so my selection was the Warm Baked Brie (baked in phyllo) and it did not disappoint! The atmosphere is great and friendly.

I might have gotten the wrong thing. I got the warm brie salad. It was impressive to look at but the dressing had too much vinegar. We started with hummus...too grainy and nothing special. I also thought it was a might too expensive. I got a glass of chardonnay and it was also nothing special. It was a very pretty... More

Having lived in Seville, we know & enjoy 'tapas' (small plate portions for tasting/sharing various hot & cold dishes)... and Cafe Azafran captures the delicious flavors & look of really good tapas. We enjoyed calamari, clams, scallops, steak, ratatouille & 'patatas bravas' (roasted new potatoes w/spicy sauce...yummy, and plenty for sharing!). Our Spanish wine, tempranillo of course, complemented our meals... More

Their tapas menu offers a way for sampling lots of different items without the huge portions. It's like eating lots of appetizers. Order about 3 dishes per person and share. The shrimp with a herb sauce is delicious. Calamari is never overcooked and tasty with the remoulade sauce. Cheeseboard is a must have.

This was my first time to Café Azafran. It was National Grilled Cheese Sandwich day so I decided to have a grilled cheese sandwich. I usually don't buy a grilled cheese sandwich at a restaurant because I think it is a lot of money for two pieces of bread and a couple of pieces of cheese. This certainly wasn't the... More
