The Coffee Mill is an institution in Rehoboth Beach. And, it's the kind of place you hope to find on vacation and love. It's located on a nice, brick paved pedestrian alley just off Rehoboth Avenue, there are tables chairs outside, and they play music when they're open. It really a lovely setting. Unfortunately, everything you've read in the other... More

About 1:30 pm today, (4/13/17), I thought I would stop into The Coffee Mill for a quick cup. Big mistake!! As the woman ahead of me at the register paid for her latte, three men entered the store, called the barista’s name, and ordered three Java brews. The barista immediately started filling their order, ignoring me at the register. I... More

I wouldn't call this a "hidden gem". Stumbled upon it one day and decided to give it a try. Should have driven to the store, bought a coffeemaker and brewed some Folgers instead. Or maybe Nescafe instant coffee might have tasted better. On top of that, the counter clerk couldn't bring himself to do more than grunt. Finally, one of... More

Found this gem - walking down a small side street and was cold so we ducked in for some hot coffee. Coffee was really good - met the owner Bob...had a great conversation with him about the history of his place and learned some stuff about the area! Great Guy!! Will definitely be back next time in town! Thanks Bob!

So we have been visiting the Coffee Mill now for the past 5 years, multiple times each year during our visits to Rehoboth Beach. This time around we came here to celebrate the New Year. We came to the Coffee Mill tonight for coffee before dinner to warm up because of the cold. We got our coffee and sat down.... More

I was here on business I understand that not all fresh fruit is available all season, but when you make a fruit smoothie please don't make it with freezer burn fruit because you can taste it! I had to throw out $7.00, I've should have tasted it in the cafe, shame on me

The coffee's great, but the owner is the best thing about this establishment. It is not just a coffee place with custom made everything, from specialty coffees to wonderful smoothies and sandwiches. It's all made to order. It's also a place where locals go and you can learn all the juicy gossip about the town of Rehoboth.

We went here as we usually do at least once during our vacation for morning coffee. It was very crowded which I think is a function of not many places to go rather than an indication of the quality of the experience. The staff is rather brusque. The coffee is only mediocre. I had lots of grounds in the bottom... More

If you know good espresso, then you also know bad espresso. This place has bad espresso. I had a macchiato so it was very obvious that my espresso had that gross burnt taste to it. My sister-in-law had an iced latte and she could even taste the burnt flavor in her drink even though there was a little more covering... More

This is on a small street off Rehoboth Ave that's close to the beach. We stopped in for a quick coffee and pastry before heading to the beach. The Iced coffee was available in a few different flavors, but the regular hot coffee offered more options. The pastries were tasty.
