Seafood hot and sour soup - excellent. Pork dumplings very good! Our dinners were very good. Lemongrass Shrimp and General Tso. Was looking for different and typical. Both were tasty and freshly prepared! Service was great and friendly. Go. Enjoy!

Some of the tastier vegetable dishes and interesting combinations around. The flavors on the Peking duck are outstanding, but don't expect the quantity of an entire duck carved at tableside. The cocktails are also excellent. Do order the chives. truly a treat. They do take reservations. Smaller establishment and the different room spaces give you a sense of privacy.

Coming from Philadelphia I have grown up with the privilege of eating some of the best Chinese food in the country. In fact, the number one Chinese restaurant in the country in national competitions for many years is in Philadelphia. Well let me say this, Confucius in Rehoboth Beach is just as good. This is not your local corner Chinese... More

I have found over all the trips I have made to Confucius that the food is of very high quality and is very creative. You do not get the traditional Cantonese fare here but a more creative fusion of many different cuisines. Do not expect takey-outy type of food. Be prepared that some traditional dishes are not prepared the way... More

As a vegetarian, I was a bit disappointed that there are only a few vegetarian dishes. I ordered the mixed vegetables on crispy noodles. It was delicious! I never had noodles quite like this--sort of like very very thin spaghetti noodles, but delightfully crispy. With good-tasting vegetables. We also wanted green beans with black-bean sauce. I wasn't on the menu,... More

Amazing Chinese cuisine! Expensive but worth every penny. Nice atmosphere, authentic and delicious. Try the black pepper beef, out of this world! Highly recommend this restaurant.

My son and I stopped in, as we had a craving for Chinese food. Our expectations were low, as we are spoiled New Yorkers when it comes to Asian cuisine. Boy, were we wrong! The food was excellent, the service was great, and the ambience was nice. Strongly recommend the sesame chicken and the Hunan beef. Both were delicious! The... More

A bit pricey and in an upscale atmosphere but the food was enjoyable and it made my son's night out a special treat.
