Upscale menu with a big city flair. Food quality very good...so was the service. Wine list is extensive and good quality but quite overpriced. No problem paying 2x in a good restaurant over liquor store prices, but 3x?...no.

This is our third visit to C Level, which is a testament to the bistro since we only visit Bonita Springs a few days each year. We inited some friends staying in Ft. Myers to join us for the prix fixe and happy hour. Predictably...More

Good food but didn't reflect the prices. Probably won't return. Had a reservation and yet was seated at a high top next to the bar. Felt a bit claustrophobic. Loved the decor. Ladies bathroom very calming.

Must be someone new in the kitchen. House salad had more tomatoes than greens, way to much salad dressing, large chunks of blue cheese, had to cut them up. No bread offered. Sea bass was swimming in miso, potato and veg were gigantic portions just...More

Another delicious dinner with friends, grouper provencale. Attentive and friendly service as usual. Monday night wasn't crowded yet. A good Cabernet to try is Emery Estate 'Unbridled'. Foie gras appetizer was delicious and enough to share. Nice atmosphere.

We enjoy the C Level atmosphere, an element that is so often missing in restaurants in the area. Friendly service, and a menu with specials that we generally find to be excellent. One of our top three area choices.

Why on earth would one go to this place and not believe the horror stories of overwhelmingly obnoxious behavior from the owner, considering every response he's seem to have written to bad reviews blamed the customer for their bad dining experience, and frankly reveals him to be every bit as big a jerk as portrayed in those reviews? I mean this as a perfectly serious question. Has has attitude taken a much needed improvement? FYI, my parents went twice a year or two aho and had the same experience both times: Decent above average food, but poor service and quite a bit of palpable attitude. My mother was quite shocked to learn this place is ranked #1 in town on Trip Advisor. I for one have never seen such on Trip Advisor management responses so consistently off-putting and lacking in self-awareness. Again, completely serious question here.

Hi, who is the "chef" who is creating "signature dishes"? Would they be able to accommodate a group of vegans who do not use oil?
