We awoke at dawn to the sound of crying orphans begging us to read them childhood books. After chuch and a rigorous yoga session on a paddleboard, we took the family van and headed to the everglades. Captain dave, with his wit and his smile, guided us through deep mud to encover the glories of the glades that never end.... More

This is my #1 favorite fine dining restaurant in Miami. The view of Biscayne Bay is really nice. There really are not that many restaurants in the City of Miami that offer this kind of view on the water. The atmosphere is cozy, romantic and tranquil. All the food - appetizers, entrees and desserts - is delicious. You can't go... More

The Red Fish Grill never disappoints me. Had a very nice evening. Outdoors at sunset. Cool breeze off the ocean and excellent food. Had the sea bass. Very nice. One of our party had the pork chop. Huge and very good. CHRISTEN our server was VERY good. Eat out a lot in Miami and we all felt special with him... More

We went for our Anniversary. They were so rude that they ruined our celebration. The hostess was very rude. The service at our table was bad and the food not good. If you want to have a good time and eat good food do not go to this restaurant,

We had a great dinner at this attractive restaurant. The service was excellent despite the crowds. We enjoyed fish dishes that were perfectly prepared. The ambiance was enjoyable with lights on the trees and eating under the palms.

Amazing experience as always at the Red Fish Grill. My husband took me for dinner and it was fantastic. The mahi mahi is divine. We had a full moon which made the experience even better! The scenery is amazing, the service impeccable. I truly recommend this place. There is no bar, so be on time for your reservations which are... More

Went there for an early Valentines Day dinner with my wife as the light faded over Biscayne Bay. We were promptly seated at a table with a view (I think just about all do!) and treated ourselves to the Red Snapper and the Tuna. Both fish were expertly done to perfection, with the sushi-grade tuna done rare. This was a... More

My husband and I have celebrated many occasions here. Great view, great service and the food amazing. If you are addicted to Sea Bass this is your place. Try to get a seat outside if you are having a romantic evening and you won't regret it! We even saw a couple get engaged there.

Old Florida still exists in a restaurant constructed from coral stone back in the day in Matheson State Park on Old Cutler Road in Coral Gables. This is a fine dining establishment with prices much less than in downtown Miami, and only 8 miles south. There is a wide open patio with palm trees wrapped in lights - very romantic... More

This is a place you will not discover unless you know to look for it. It was a $11.50 Uber ride from the Biltmore Hotel. Located on the ocean, with a view of palm trees and the ocean from the dinner seating, and a view of downtown Miami from the front of the restaurant, it is a lovely setting. The... More

Description
Remember when Matt Dillon was eavesdropping on Cameron Diaz in the movie "There's Something About Mary"? They were at Red Fish Grill. And what a location! Whether dining outside under the Palms at the edge of Biscayne Bay or in the historic coral stone dining room, this restaurant is like nowhere else. It's a slice of Florida that disappeared long ago in most parts of Miami. But it's a lot more than atmosphere that brings in the locals and notables. The menu is dedicated to fresh local seafood, cooked with a gourmet twist, sometimes Caribbean... sometimes Asian. Best bets: Fennel Seared Yellowfin Tuna on Crispy Wonton, Crab Cakes with Tropical Melon Slaw, Red Snapper with Shaved Red Onion Fennel Salad, Herb Crusted Sea Bass with White Bean Ragout, homemade Key Lime Pie and Caramel Flan with Toasted Coconut. And a wine list that's reasonable and varied. Please visit our website for further details.
