We read about it on trip advisor and decided to visit it while visiting in Deland for the afternoon. Because the parking lot is small we had a difficult parking our car with our handicap parking sticker. By the time we parked the car and climbed the steps to the front door the owner said they were closed even though... More

Small but very relaxing. Excellent service and food very good. Special of the day is always good. Very quant with real silverware and china, which often does not match, but adds something to the surroundings.

A perfect dining location, particularly for lunch. The porch area is such an inviting and relaxing spot. Don't miss the chicken crepes. Delish. Call ahead to see if they are on the menu. Good soups, salads and sandwiches.

I feel like i'm in St. Augustine in the old time when I walked in, it's cute, vintage feeling but also fem. The food are served on the fine China and the plate is too cute to cut food on it i think...However, the food they provide is just standard choices , I was expecting something more "unique" for a... We loved lunch at this place. We were seated in a sunny, enclosed porch. Every table looked like your grandmother's.Good sized sanchwiches included two sides for hungry lunchgoers. The special was a chicken/spinach crepe with a side salad. Our waitress substituted the carrot ginger soup at our request and it was delicious. Everything was served on china dishes-very appealing.

We had lunch there yesterday and while the food was tasty it was only average. Perhaps it was our selection but we thought it was over priced for what we received . We realize that tea rooms tend to be priced high but all six people shared this opinion.

We left New Smyrna Beach for a day to tool aroung Deland. There is a fabulous Old Movie Theater there; Stetson House which was not open; Old House Restaurant which we had been to previously; and The Key West Lime Shoppe. The Old House Restaurant is very good and is reasonably priced. We have been here 3 times on various... More

My son and I enjoyed a delicious lunch and even though we're both younger than the typical crowd, we felt very welcome. Our needs (picky 4 - year-old taste buds & vegetarian) were easily accommodated and we had a wonderful lunch date. We will definitely be back!
