We ate lunch here today after visiting the gardens and museum. We thoroughly enjoyed the experience. We sat outside and the setting was just lovely. Service was fast and friendly. The food was very fresh and tasty. I will admit we did not have anything too exotic, just teriyaki chicken and Asian chicken salad. So, just in case you are... More

Delicious dining experience. I highly recommend the bento box lunches, although one of our party had the tender meat bowl and advises it was excellent.

After touring the grounds the cafe was a welcome destination to sit down and have lunch and a beverage. The Bento box was excellent for a mid day meal. Service was quick despite the crowd. Timing is important as the crowds at mid day were large.

The venue is small, but comfortable. The menu is not too large, but the food is very good. It is covered, but open to the air. Children are welcome.

The cafe of the Morikami Museum offers delicious, authentic Japanese snacks in an informal, pleasant setting on a deck overlooking a lake rimmed with fabulous Japanese gardens. The selection is varied - from small plates to salads and sushi. Prices seemed reasonable for the quality of the food.

The food was delicious and our waitress was amazing. We had a lovely table overlooking the grounds. It gets full for lunch so get there early.

I was touring the grounds with a member who truly loves this cafe. We had Sake, Teriyaki Chicken, Sushi and ice tea. All wonderful for under $50. A nice experience.

Had not been for a while and unlikely to return any time soon. Food was fresh but bland in lacking flavor and taste. Miso soup and garden salad were very good as were the cellophane noodles. But an Asian chicken salad was boring while the vegetable gyoza were poor as was the chicken teryaki. Service was friendly enough but that... More

The day was lovely. We sat at an outside overlooking the gardens. The food was genuine Japanese food. Three of us had bento boxes with an excellent selection of foods. We certainly would return.

The cafe is ideally located opening on to the terrace overlooking the beautiful, serene Japanese Gardens associated with the Morikami Museum. The Pan-Asian inspired menu is delightful. I had the Classic Bento Box and every morsel was delicious. The service was excellent as well.
