We stopped here based on Trip Advisor reviews. The pizza was great. The service and atmosphere were very laid back. It was off season so there was almost no one to be seen in the town. Lovely place.

An outstanding, flavorful crust topped with quality ingredients. I seem to eat all my pizza crust at Marigolds, which is a testament to how good it is. I'm working my way through the menu and haven't hit a clunker yet - all the pizzas are delicious. I checked the "cheap eats" box in this review, but be prepared - Marigolds... More
We stopped during a business trip for pizza. The menu offers many variations on pizza, well beyond your predictable pizza menu, with carefully crafted spice and cheese combinations. The server/cook/etc. (he did everything pleasantly and efficiently) accommodated our need for a half-vegetarian, half-sausage pizza. This pizza was big, carefully made, and - not sure I've ever said this about a... More
Delicious pizza with a variety of choices! You can order the small or large....the small is a generous size. It is a small restaurant and probably does more take out than eat in....but they do have some tables. It is a very casual place with fresh ingredients and several beverage choices.
Exceptional pizza and salads. Almost everything sourced locally. Huge and delicious fresh made salads ( great variety). The pizza is sublime with endless choices and toppings to pick from.
My partner and I shared a medium, in a rare moment of restraint: heavenly. Local sodas (root beer for him and maple for me) made me wish I had thought to bring home a few bottles.
The guys at Marigold have completely spoiled me for great pizza. The dough, made from organic flour, is thin & the crust is crispy on the outside, chewy on the inside. The ingredients are always sourced as close to home as possible, when it's in season, they can tell you the names of their farmer friends who provided everything from... More

We were at first disappointed that there was no alcohol but the staff immediately suggested we walk around the corner to the local mini market to purchase wine. We returned with it and they gave us glasses and a wine opener. So Vermont like! Most people ordered their pizza... More
