My husband and I were celebrating our 28th Wedding Anniversary, The restaurant was more cramped than I remembered it. We had spent our Anniversaries at this establishment for many years since moving to Florida in 2005. Apparently, it changed ownership three years ago, which coincidentally...More

Discovered the Black Pearl last year, so we had to go again this year, twice during our one week Dunedin visit. It's a very small cozy place with devine food. There are only two servers Zack and Ronald and two chefs in the kitchen Not...More

Great menu with some different twists. Grouper was terrific. Beer and wine only, no full bar. Birthday dinner with adult family. Excellent.

Mediocre for the Money Crowded: We sat at a side booth - the place is so crowded a man squeezing by had to have his gut hanging over our table as he wiggled by. And other diners are conversing within 3-4 feet of your ears....More

Being hearing good things about this restaurant for a long time, so we finally decided to give it a try. Small place (seats about 40) in downtown Dunedin with a very minimalistic décor. Attentive service that at times seems overwhelmed. Menu offering a selection of...More

We've dined here annually for many years during our southern vacation. Never disappoints! Our server, Brandon, was over the top! The food never disappoints and the wine selections are top shelf. We'llbe back next year!

A small restaurant in size but not in quality. I have eaten there several times and have always had wonderful food.

At the Black Pearl, we do allow children in the dining room (We make the best chicken fingers in Pinellas County!). Now with that being said our dining room is extremely intimate and rather quiet. So if you do decide to... More

At the Black Pearl Restaurant, creating a one of a kind dining experience is our goal, every dish from the warm ciabatta bread to the homemade vanilla bean ice cream is made in house, and to order especially for you. We believe life is too short to eat bad food.
