Went for breakfast as usual. Never disappointed. Reminds me of the Jersey diners. Staff is super nice and the food is excellent.

Stopped en route north and what a treat. Pancakes on the side are a meal in themselves. Great omelette - with mushrooms and Swiss.

The breakfast is usually very good however, if they are busy it can come to your table cold and then you have to send it back. There is nothing worse than cold eggs... More

So we were in Fort Pierce and decided to eat at the Captain's Galley for breakfast with family members who are from out-of-state. The line was long,we knew it was good but it's so loud inside and very cramped if you have a large table. We found it to be somewhat dirty but the food was okay/ good but for... More

The food is good, the portions substantial and the cost reasonable. The pleasant staff are always busy and work hard. A tip for the weekends - come early as late... More

I am a great lover of eggs benedict, and eggs florentine. The Captain's Galley does both superbly, and at a reasonable price. I love that they also order half-orders- because as I get older I simply can't eat as much at one sitting. The home fries are also excellent, and one can order with or without caramelized onions (which I... More

Super popular. Fast, friendly and delicious. Anytime we needed something, a waiter was right there to bring what we needed. Loved the waffles.

What a breakfast! 2 eggs, sausage links, pancakes and grits for $5.80! My daughter was having a melt down and the waitresses came right up to her with orange slices and raisins and she calmed right down. They were so sweet with her. Now we know she likes raisins:) will be geat for the flight home!
