We really are from New England and very picky about my seafood. The fish is always fresh and delicious. They supply most of the area restaurants with their seafood. Haddock, grouper are top choices. Our favorite, however, is the trout piccata. As soon as we come home from RI in the fall, this is our first stop for that dish!!

Everything was really good, but they forgot the lobster bisque and French fries (side). Had to go back for them. Once received, they were good, also. Maybe they should check the order before sending it out? This is the second time this happened.

Have been to this restaurant many times. Last night we tried the haddock Milanese, red potatoes, sauteed vegetables, shrimp cocktail and New England clam chowder. Everything is absolutely fresh and delicious. Fist time trying the haddock Milanese and it is sinfully delicious. The jumbo shrimp were fresh crunchy and the cocktail sauce had the perfect amount of horseradish in it... More

Although my wife and I did not eat at the restaurant part of this establishment, We did buy some fresh Gator Meat from the Market part of it. We were on vacation and bought some to take back home to Tennessee with us. The price was not to bad I guess. This was a small place with not much seating... More

Enjoyed and excellent lobster dinner at this restaurant. I had the whole 1 lb. lobster and they cleaned it as requested so only the tail and claws were served. It was delicious! My sister had crab legs and really enjoyed them.

A disappointing visit. Good food, but a fast food type of place and very noisy. I had the salmon which was good, but no better than I have had at other local restaurants for less money and a much nicer dining experience.

Have been to the restaurant portion of this establishment several times and have been dissapointed by the taste of the food. Seems as though they are afraid to add any kind of spice or flavoring. Too bad because the retail section has really great seafood at a pretty good price. I now take home my fish & cook it myself!

What a fun place to have dinner. Service was great and the food was amazing. When the resturant is full it is a little noisy in the resturant but other than that would defiantly recommend eating at this resturant.

If you want fresh, unadulterated fish or seafood that is not dressed up in the plastic atmosphere of a chain, you've come to the right place. The New England Restaurant offers quality and value as well as honest true-to-its-roots fare. Run like a ship, the friendly, down-to-earth staff is like a tightly knit community that resembles the hardworking families of the northeast for whom fishing is not only their lifeline, but also their passion. New England Restaurant is a well-run operation that knows its product and doesn't stray from its intention to serve fresh, tasty seafood with pride and efficiency at a fair price.
