Recently enjoyed a wonderful dinner at the Rusty Pelican with friends/ co-workers, while the food was expensive IMO the entire experience was WELL worth the price. I'm a non-native to Miami so I may be a bit biased as a tourist; that being said the evening spent dinning on the deck with what seems to be a one-of-a-kind view of... More

My husband was told to check out the Rusty Pelican....so happy that we did! The food is so delicious with too notch service. Restaurant is beautiful inside and out. Highly recommend waiting for a seat outside (evening) if you have a choice. You will have a front row seat of the water and Miami city view. The fish is so... More

The location and scenery of this restaurant is really what makes it worthwhile visiting. For a drink, a bite, and savoring the view. Especially at sunset and after dark. Breathtaking view of the Miami skyline. The food is average...very average. Service was inconsistent...restaurant was not that busy and asked the same drink twice over 15 min before receiving, same for... More

Location and the views are great but that's about it. Food is just ok for the prices which are just too high. Toothfish from the lunch menu was 37 dollars plus tax and service! Service was mostly professional and friendly. I think they should rethink their concept as the location goes to waste now.

My family of five (my parents, husband, son and I) arrived at 9:50am for our 10am Easter Sunday brunch at Rusty Pelican. We were met immediately by the valets, who welcomed us to the restaurant and directed us to the entrance. We walked into the foyer and were met immediately by a friendly reception staff. The manager was also present... More

This place is over rated. We stopped for lunch. Party of six. Place was nearly empty at peak lunch hour. We were told we would have to wait 20 minutes for table. Greeter at desk could not have cared less about us or any other customer. Several left after waiting and seeing no movement. We finally departed after 20 minutes.... More

We sat outside on a slightly cool mid-April evening and were treated to a lovely orange and pink sunset behind the Miami skyline. For starters, shared a great crab cake with grilled corn and chipotle aioli, and a house salad. Main courses were crispy whole snapper and Branzino a la Plancha with awesome ginger sticky rice (with crispy tops, yum!)... More

We were in town for the weekend and heard great things about this place. We made sure we showed up after the Easter brunch the restaurant was having. As we walk in at 4:15 We were told they closed till 6. Nowhere on the website does it state that they close. Thank goodness Whiskey Joes was in walking distance since... More

I was hesitant to go to a place called Rusty Pelican, but sure am glad I did! Nice, kind of continental place right on the water with sunset, downtown Miami and marina views. Outdoor seating area and floor to ceiling windows in the bar/lounge area. Ate in the dinning room. Jeff or Chris, or could be neither, was very helpful... More

We made reservations for 2:15 Easter Sunday Brunch, beautiful view let’s give it a shot. Big mistake, I got in the turn lane to go into the parking area at 2:05PM and did not make it to the valet until 2:47 it was a zoo. Obviously, there are other business in the area but I saw not one person get... More
