My wife and I really enjoyed dinner at shipwrecks. We first went somewhere else for appetizers and were displeased so we moved to shipwrecks where we found a place much closer to our style. The food was fantastic although it did take a long time. Its a great off the beaten path local restaurant. Highly recommend!

If you don't mind spending a couple hours to get service, the food is OK. The atmosphere is nautical plus pelicans.

We visited for dinner on 2/17/17. A staff from Ocean Divers recommended it and we couldn't have been happier. My wife, kids and grandparents enjoyed the food and the casual rustic atmosphere. The crab cakes were delicious.

Have enjoyed shipwrecks for years but something has surely changed. One of us ordered mahi grilled came blackened. I asked about their crab cakes. Were they heavily bread crumb based? Was assured they were not but when they arrived. They were bread crumbs with a few tiny flecks of crab. I sent them back requesting the grilled mahi. They brought... More

We went here for lunch. Really enjoyed the casual vibe and outdoor seating. On the water (canal) and a bit off the beaten path. Ice cold beer, friendly service and everyone's food was delicious - incl Mahi Reuben, Harvey sandwich, BBQ pork and some of the biggest coconut shrimp. All very reasonable prices. Can't wait to go back.

We drove down to Key Largo from the Everglades just to eat here, and it was well worth it. All the seafood was extremely fresh, very tasty, and well prepared. And do not pass on the Coconut Onion Rings. They we terrific!

We went over for dinner on Sunday night to this restaurant with some friends, it was our first time. Cheese sticks are out of this world. Literally. It almost feels like cheese curds! really really yummy. I ordered the hog fish on panko crumbs and had some sort of lemony-wine sauce (very common on the Keys), along with coleslaw and... More

Dinner and drinks at the recommendation of a dive instructor. This place rocks!!! Service started so-so with a male server with no personality. Then the cuban girl from miami took over. What a great server, friendly, funny, personable and attentive. The coconut onion rings are a must. Conch fritters great. The seafood combo was excellent. And price.....price was awesome cheap...
