My wife and I came to Key West and decided to eat lobster rolls from four restaurants and this was our first stop. I will say about this roll that it wasn't good but it wasn't bad either. The roll was perfectly grilled, but a little thick. It had a decent amount of lobster, but lacked crunch and flavor? This... More

One of few places in Key West with good digs that won't leave you broke. Don't expect gourmet food here, this is a paper napkin/plastic fork kinda place. Try the conch ceviche. It's perfectly spicy, tart, refreshing and the portion is substantial. The conch is perfectly tender... best conch salad I've ever had including the ones I tried in the... More

This small place has the most delicious and wallet friendly lobster roll! The only downside is that there is very limited seating. Cash only and the ATM right in front is Wells Fargo if that helps.

Can't believe anyone would give this place anything above one star. The conch fritters were the worst. No conch. Just big balls of dough. They don't even serve key West dipping sauce it's some form of remoulade. Go around the corner to Island dog and see what a conch fritters should be. I saw a quote "best burgers" ha. I... More

a little bit of everything, and you don't have to wade through a bar to get some cheap eats. very convenient walk-up, but no place to sit down. I guess that's part of the ambiance of the place.

On a trip with my family, my husband and I were looking for something other than fried seafood, but my super hungry son demanded we stop here...sooo glad we did! The cracked conch (don't try to bite pieces apart - pop the whole thing in your mouth!) and fried shrimp were the best! Conch fritters and even the fries were... More

I've had conch fritters from Key West to Miami and in Ohio and Texas, but this little shack has the best fritters anywhere. Fried conch fritters and calamari are a delightful taste of Key West culture. The shack is near the Mallory Square area and can be easily found by the big tower viewing area of the shipwreck building that... More

If you crave for conch look no further. This shack defines "hole in the wall". Conch fritters and cracked conch was to die for. Ceviche was a surprisingly delicious addition to the conch platter. The spicy and sour dips complemented the fritters well. Who cares that we had to stand and eat. That's the fun part!

Stopped by the Conch Shack while taking a break from the Trolly tour. We had the conch fritters which were delicious with the spicy sauce they were served with. Deep fried to order and nice and crispy! We also had the ceviche which was also very fresh and delicious. Had a nice hint of spiciness to it. This is sort... More
