This place is great! The food is awesome and theres no scrimping ! Ask for take out for your left overs because there will be to much to eat!? Great for large groups, and they're very conscience of food allergies and take precautions for person with special diets. Very clean friendly spot to dine!

Nice decor, very good habachi food, friendly staff. Chino did a great job giving a nice show while cooking and Lynn the waitress was nice and friendly. A nice place to go for habachi food.

We come for an extended stay each winter and this is the first (of what will be many) visits to the Kobe Steakhouse. Have visited a lot of different Japanese Teppanyaki restaurants - this is one of the best. Comfortable décor, talented but not too showy chefs, lot of choices. Enough food for a second meal the next day. TIP... More

Every time we visit Kissimmee we very much look forward to Kobe. We stopped in twice on our recent Christmas vacation and had two fantastic dinners. Everything from the soup to salad to rice to steak and chicken was delicious. Nothing in Kissimmee can compare.

We like the hibachi style dinning and all others that we go to are measured by the Kobe Steak House. This last time did not disappoint; dinner was excellent. The only negative was that we got there when it opened and per their advertisement, there is an "Early Bird" menu that says about $10 per meal (there was 10 of... More

I really liked this restaurant's concept. Due to its popularity, the wait for seating is pretty long (over 45 minutes), but worth it. The seating is family style, around 8 or so persons to a table, sitting around the stove. The chef was very funny while cooking the food right in front of us, often playing with it and making... Good atmosphere. Went to holidays and obvious was busy but wait was kind of long. Like a 1 hour and 15. A little expensive and for that I was expecting more quality in the food. Was ok the experience.

I have been to a lot of Japanese restaurants, I put this one on the bottom of the list. We ate here because we wanted to have a good taste of Asian food, sadly we were not impressed. To start off, we had the sushi platter, which was OK. The fish was fresh, it had a good variety and came... More

Best habachi we've had! Katashi is the best cook & funniest! We laughed throughout our whole dinner. He made it very inviting & made lots of jokes. Great atomosphere & kid friendly! Servers are super nice and the manager came to thank us at the end of our meal.

Pleasantly surprised at the quality of the food, especially the filet mignon. All food is prepared on the grill in front of you by an entertaining Japanese chef. - They take care to make sure food allergies are considered. - Average dinner is about 90 minutes once you are seated. - Conveniently located

Description
Charley's Steak House is owned by the Woodsby family and has operated in Florida since 1974. Charley’s serves only three-year-old USDA prime and choice Angus steers, aging them four to six weeks for tenderness & flavor and hand-cutting the steaks daily to ensure consistent quality. The steaks are then flame-broiled over Florida citrus and oak wood in a custom-built pit at 1200º searing in the tantalizing taste that has made Charley’s the #1 steakhouse in America every year since 2007! Charley’s philosophy of providing only the finest extends from the kitchen to the wine cellar. The wine list approaches 500 selections from scores of exceptional wineries around the globe. Charley’s has been recognized with numerous awards including “Best of Award of Excellence” from Wine Spectator magazine, DiRōNA and Orlando Magazine’s“ Best Steak House & Best Old Favorite”. Charley’s has been creating fans from around the world for nearly 40 years. We look forward to having you become a fan soon!
