We discovered in downtown Miami a very special coffee roasting place, Eternity Coffee Roasters. Coffee from the best coffee plantations in Colombia are custom there roasted to your liking. You will nowhere get fresher roasted coffee beans in this country. Juan Valdez at his best! You can enjoy it right there.

We found a rare local roaster in Miami in the middle of its financial district. We walked through the door and into active roasting of the beans! Found friendly, knowledgable, baristas, one so totally about coffee that she sports caffeine's chemical structure on her inner arm! She expertly served up excellent pour-overs for me & my companion, even taking care... More

After tasting the worst kind of crap in the previous days in Miami, I had no hope... Until I came to this small roaster in downtown. I wasn't impressed by the San Franciscan since I'm more of a Probat kind of guy but actually coffee was pretty damn good. Don't even bother to go to Panther, Alaska, or anywhere else... More

Unlike other reviewers, I found the owner very chatty and personable; same with the baristas. Great coffee.

A top quality espresso and a well toasted filled croissant made this worth the 30min bike ride from my hotel. Great quality coffee.

I can't speak for their espresso drinks as I have only been there once but the pour-over coffee was excellent & the staff was very pleasant and knowledgable.

The ambiance is really great, but there is no consistency in the coffee making. They roast their own coffee, but the preparation of the actual espresso or cappuccino needs improvement.

Smell of roasted coffee, direct trade beans, lots of coffee choices yet simple and cozy! Everything a coffee lover would like... Great service, excellent coffee and pastries. I don't know what else to say, just come and have a coffee and see for yourself. You won't be checking into starbucks after this ;)
