I visited this restaurant for breakfast. I was looking for a restaurant that had outdoor seating for breakfast that was still serving breakfast at 10:30 am. It is pricey, but worth every penny. I did not opt for the buffet, but my friend did. I ordered basic bacon, eggs, breakfast potatoes, toast. I have always said it is difficult to... More

The restaurant space is lovely and has a variety of dishes from different Asian cuisines. My three dining companions all enjoyed their Peking Duck and I thought the Lobster Laksa was good—although a little under-spiced. The service was was fine—it just seemed a little impersonal and just short of inattentive. The menu prices are high but appropriate for the level... More

Jaya has the most delicious and varied breakfast buffet in Miami Beach and if what you want is not on the buffet they will make it for you. Dinner is also excellent. The menu is essentially Pan-Asian, but again, if someone in your party doesn't like the choices they will accommodate as best as possible. The service is great at... More

This restaurant in the Setai hotel is a South Beach hidden gem. built and decorated with taste. a perfect atmosphere and well trained and friendly staff. But the kitchen stands above all: great fusion of Asian, American and European cuisine. Very well executed, great presentation, rich flavours and surprising combination.

We celebrated my fiancée's birthday with our friends at Jaya, the new restaurant at The Setai. We ate outside in the courtyard, which was recently redone. It's tremendously more inviting and the ambiance is outstanding. The addition of the courtyard bar was a fantastic touch. The food was absolutely amazing down to every single dish. A special thanks to Alex,... More

The collaboration between Chefs Mathias Gervais and Vijayudu Veena has easily yielded one of the most exquisite cuisines I've ever experienced. Aside from the extraordinary Setai hotel where it is located, the restaurant itself is not only beautifully designed but also functional and easy to get around. Service is top notch without being pretentious (a difficult combination in high-end restaurants).... More

In "upscale" South Beach, The Setai Hotel stands-out as "upscale". Modest on the outside, it's gorgeous on the inside. Inconspicuously located on the corner of Collins & 20th Street, the best bet for parking is a very large municipal lot immediately North of The Setai (It's one of the few "great deals" on Miami Beach). The Asian-themed Setai has had... More

Great ambiance in this Thai, Chinese, Japanese, Indian fusion restaurant. Excellent service and the food was superb. Only downside was that it was a bit overpriced for the portions.

The quality of the food here was second-to-none, but the choices seemed to lack cohesion. we started with calamari -which was beautifully soft a tasty, followed by chicken masala to share, on the advice of our server this would be plenty enough for two, so we ordered an accompanying vegetable fried rice. when the food came the chicken masala came... Asian inspired restaurant from Japanese to Thai to Indian food. Amazing ambience with beautiful and tasteful decor. Friendly and attentive service. Ridiculous prices for what's being offered both on their entrees and main courses. Food was generally carelessly prepared. The Maguro Alamo was good but just good. The Hagashi Toro was seared for so long that it was mostly brown... More
