Went with one gchild mid afternoon for a late lunch and snack. The food was very good especially the fried white fish. The fish was light and mild flavor. The inside was typical of a café restaurant which is good. The service was prompt with a smile but it was not rush hour. All in all we would go back... More

Our hotel suggested Gram's for breakfast...we ordered omelets and what arrived were gigantic and filled with goodies. The eggs were fluffy and the stuffing was done just right...we only did breakfast, but would sure return if in the area...wraps and usual breakfast items available...

As a traveler I never know where to eat for a good meal I stopped at this place for breakfast as it was near my hotel. I have never ever had such a bad meal in my life. I asked for my eggs over medium the we're runny like snot. The sausage was like some kind of cardboard pressed together... More

Clam chowder and cream dried beef taste like paste. There was not ONE clamp all very large potatoes. Dried beef was difficult to see. Chicken sandwich was a 1/8 of an inch thick. Coffee had no taste! So disappointed because our little grandaughter loves clamp chowder. They had it so peppery to give it flavor. Yuck!

We were in a hurry, and we were not sure if we would have time, but we stopped here to eat. Food was excellent and when I server knew we were running late, she made every effort to make it easier for us to get out as quickly as possible. Portions were decent. Historical location. Will go there again if... More

Because I was new to the area, I relied on AAA for recommendations. Gram's Kitchen was listed. I found this one nearby. I ordered a simple turkey dinner. Its hard to spoil this, but they did. The meal was lukewarm with lumpy potatoes.

Stopped in at Gram's Kitchen on our way to Blue Springs State Park. They have a two sitting areas and were easily able to accommodate out party of 5 adults. There was a large group of ladies, about 15, already in there, but there was still plenty of room. They had 7 or 8 specials clearly marked on the white... More

We needed a good, home cooked type breakfast and this was the place. I had the bacon, sausage, eggs, and 2 cake special. My wife had eggs and toast. All was cooked just right. Price was inexpensive. Service was very good. Diner atmosphere.
