Couldn't tell you what exactly a Bao is but I can tell you, you won't be disappointed. I also got the dessert one, and oh my god fat kid heaven!

I ordered two bao. One with pulled pork which was very tasty, the other was friend chicken curry was just ok. I also ordered tots with chili pork topping which was good. If I ever find myself in Orlando again, will visit for sure.

Soft little steamed buns with fresh and delicious ingredients packed inside. Menu is simple. But plenty to chose from. I can't say excellent because you will leave there smelling like a fry cook. Extremely strong smell of fryer grease in the whole place.
