Was really looking forward to Kona cafe as staying at the Poly for two weeks. We went twice and found service to be below that of the rest of the resorts and the food came out cold on one occasion.

Not a good meal. Our waitress, Patricia, was inattentive. Did not clear empty drink glasses. It took 2+ hours to get through the meal and as it was dinner, 6:15 pm, that left us little time for Magic Kingdom. I ordered the shrimp and rice...More

We love this place and have been here multiple times for breakfast. The food here is delicious although I actually don't care overly much for the Tonga Toast which is one of their signature dishes, the bread is just too dry. However the macadamia nut...More

Shared the Pan-Asian Noodles and the Kona Turkey Sandwich. Both were good, but each had an unique twist to them. Waitress was friendly, but could have been a little bit more attentive with drinks.

My husband and I ate here before we got on our cruise & were in a little bit of a hurry. No problem there, our food came our promptly and so delicious. I recommend the smoked salmon! Very reasonably priced as well.

Remember the days when Disney's food was over-priced and not tasty? Not anymore. Located in Disney’s Polynesian village, the food is delicious, authentic, and never disappointing. Go for any seafood dish or Polynesian style cuisine. You may have to wait to be seated, but it’s...More

The Kona Cafe infuses a bit of Asian zest into traditional American breakfast, lunch and dinner fare in Disney's Polynesian Resort. Indulge in the scrumptious cinnamon and banana-stuffed Tonga Toast or choose from a variety of more savory breakfast options like a variety of egg dishes and pineapple macadamia nut pancakes. At midday, satisfy your hunger with an Island chicken sandwich and housemade sweet potato chips, shrimp and scallops, or other tasty entrees. Dine in the evening on delicacies such as a selection of fresh fish, grilled ginger-crusted ribeye steak or coconut almond chicken. As you enjoy the relaxed atmosphere of this Polynesian restaurant, feast your eyes across the onstage open pastry kitchen that prepares divine desserts. Kona Cafe offers authentic Kona coffee as a perfect pairing to these pastries, or as a rich addition to any meal.
