It is so very hard to see one of your favorite restaurants sink to the point that when the night was over we said, "I guess we won't come back here again." Sadly that is what we said after dining there a couple of nights ago. Jiko's food used to be outstanding, but not anymore. There were four adults and... More

We have eaten here may times over the last few years, its a destination we never miss when at Disney. The food is always impeccable, better than any we've had at any other Disney signature restaurant (and we've eaten at most of them). The service is always excellent and the atmosphere of the restaurant is great! Its a can't miss... More

Best service! Alfredo was charming, sincere and personable. He had the best recommendations for food and wine. He really went above and beyond. The bobotie was amazing... filet was melt in your mouth tender but the Mac and cheese almost made me lick the plate. Fabulous time. Thank you so much Alfredo, we loved hearing about your hometown.

Atmosphere was great, and service and food started out fine, with nice appetisers, but the main courses were only good. And the service lagged as the evening wore on. Pricey. Better food was served, at a much lower price point, at nearly all the places we stopped at at the Food and Wine Festival at Epcot. Not a bad meal,... More

Great authentic food, a little pricey but liked it better than Boma. Restaurant was a little more quiet than the others. Staff's wonderful as always.

We were staying off site and booked here. We arrived on time but there was a delay of about 30 minutes which we though unusual for a reservation. The service was very good. The food needed more flavor as it was a little flat. The sister hotel at Animal Kingdom had the better choice of restaurants. Modest overall. better alternative... More

We decide to eat here as we were staying at Animal Kingdom Lodge and had the Disney Dining Plan allowing us to try this Signature Restaurant, we booked this six months in advance and when we arrived we asked for a window table which they accommodated with a friendly happy attitude. Our server was pleasant and recommended things from the... More

We went in with great expectations. We left never wanting to go back. We have all eaten at most of the restaurants at WDW (minus Victoria and Albert's). Both filets ordered (10 oz and 7 oz) were medium and came out basically rare. It was pretty much moo-ing at the table. The waiter forgot to bring a salad out as... More

Attended an afternoon wine tasting at Jiko (before the restaurant opened). The sommelier who lead the class seemed a bit unorganized and constantly mentioned that she had to come in early to lead the wine tasting. When she mentioned that she considered a 15% tip and insult that topped it for us, we will never go there.
