If you have the dining plan and especially if it is free, character dining is a no-brainer! Our family party of 6 adults and 3 children age 7, 8 and 9 love meeting the characters. The smiles tell the whole story. We did 8 of our 14 table service meals as character meals. Couldn't fault it, the characters give so... More

If you can afford $240 for a family of 5 for dinner and like Disney characters - then this is great. Otherwise, do a counter service restaurant and watch a parade or wait in line for each character.

Went to the character breakfast at the Crystal Palace restaurant as a trip down memory lane for my wife (her grandfather would take her here). Surprised at how much fun it was. Was joined by Winnie the Pooh, Piglet, Tigger and Eyeore at different points throughout breakfast. Of course there is a lot to eat and you can eat your... More

Had dinner with the family... limited choices on the menu. Ordered the special BBQ Brisket... for 29.95 per entree, brisket was very fatty & gristle in the cuts of meat. The salad bar selections were not that impressive, dressings were tasty and there were only 2 characters that were there during our 1-1/2 hour dining experience. Goofy & Pluto were... More

Great way to meet your favorite Walt Disney Characters! They come around to each table and pose for pictures.

We celebrated our grandson's 5th birthday at Walt Disney World and did the character breakfast at Cape May Cafe. Minnie, Donald and Goofy were featured. The food at the buffet was out of this world. So many choices that you run out of space on your plate. Characters walk around the room and greet every child. Unfortunately our grandson was... More

A character dining experience is just that. You get to meet the characters as they go round the tables while you eat. Beats waiting in line for 45 minutes or more. Not all the characters are avalable this way, so I'd work out my character wish list, and check as many off with dining experiences. Of course, chck this against... More

This is the best way to meet with the characters in the park. The lines are enormous and by doing this, you sit in the restaurant while the characters come to the table and take pictures with you and family. The food is alwyas good!

We ate in the restaurant and the characters came around one by one. We had great fun watching the children being excited. The characters give parents opportunity to take pictures also.!Restaurant must be booked at least 6 months prior to being there .

Wow we paid a lot for a buffet with characters. Two of us 90.00 and the meal was so, so and the characters were okay. I did get a few pictures but there was a table that was attracting all the characters to it so it was really hard to get any attention. But my daughter thought the mac and... More
