Got there late after Nokomis drum circle - they close at 9 pm. Food was OK, just had grouper basket and chicken sandwich. Tiki Bar is across the parking lot and music ends at 8 pm.

We went for lunch at Casey Fish House. I had a grouper salad, which was okay. My friend had a snapper salad, which again was okay. Both of us found the fish slightly overcooked, but was tasty enough. The salad was unimaginative, iceberg lettuce, a...More

This is a perennial favorite of ours in a comfortable Old Florida waterfront setting, including a busy separate Tiki bar and docks. Go by car or boat. Simple but consistently good seafood dishes served by congenial wait staff. Go there once and you'll want to...More

Remarkable mai-mai and salad. My husband had grouper sandwiche that was giant and flavored just right. We also was on the water so has a wonderful view. The service was impeccable. All around great place!!!

Great funky place on intercostal near Casey Key. Not upscale or fancy, but tasty choices and good service. Pecan crusted snapper and hamburgers are our favorites.

During season there is always a line to get in, but worth the wait. Tables inside and out, so you can enjoy al fresco dining if you prefer. There is a dock, so you can pull your boat right up to the restaurant. There is...More

I had the fried grouper sandwich. I'm working my way through the restaurants with the grouper sandwiches. I would definitely have this one again. It was so oversized I brought half of my sandwich home and half of my French fries!

Most restaurants that have a view also have mediocre or bad food. Luckily, the food here is very good. I got the snapper special and it was very good. The kids got grilled grouper sandwiches and they were perfectly prepared.

I've eaten there a bunch of times but have never ordered raw oysters and noticed they are not on their online menu. I would think they do have them but best bet is to call the restaurant directly.
