We walked in late before closing. The hostess said not to worry, they were there to serve us. We walked past the salad bar which was fully stocked and very clean. the server was helpful and made recommendations. During the time we where there, 2 different managers stopped by to thank us for coming in and suggested new items on the menu to try. Great experience. We will be back next week to visit again! David D.

I stopped in for lunch, since I hadn’t eaten at one in quite some time. The bartender Jen recommended that I try the deconstructed kabobs and suggested I add on the salad bar while I waited. Man!!! I’m here to tell you that Jen’s recommendations were spot on and I had leftovers for dinner!! I will definitely be back!!

As I was greeted with a smile and friendly welcome the min I walked thought the door and seated as well nice and clean atmosphere. As I was in town for my birthday weekend I chose Ruby Tuesday cause it was close to hotel I was saying in the manager and waitress ( don’t remember names) always made sure we had everything we needed with great customer service, cleanliness and service polite and positive attitude. They don’t have a Rudy Tuesday anymore where I’m from cause I traveled from Louisiana to Pensacola during my birthday weekend we arrived at restaurant at 8:15pm and had to wait at least less than 5 minutes to be seated I’m overall impressed with quality of service and food!! I will be back!!
I ordered the new stuffed mushrooms and deconstructed chicken kabob which was mouthwatering and extremely flavorful even with or without the little garlic butter sauce they serve on the side but,although the mushrooms had a nice texture and flavor to it as well as all the food on the menu tasted in this fine

When we dined here on February 21st we were told there was a 10-15 minute wait, but we were ok with it. Then the wait turned into 30 minutes. Again, we were completely ok with it and just waited it out knowing the staff was doing their best to seat everyone. However, my cousin found dirty spots on 4 different plates when she went up to the salad bar. She asked our server for a clean plate and while waiting for the clean plate she looked in her Diet Coke to see something floating in it. When the server came back with the clean plate, my cousin asked for a new Diet Coke because something was floating in her cup. The server apologized and got her a new Diet Coke. However, when my cousin inspected the “clean” plate she was given by the server, there were brown dirty spots on the plate. When she turned the plate around she found dirty brown water on the bottom rim of the plate. This was the final straw. We called a manager over to tell him what was going on. We explained the situation and that we would be leaving. He apologized and we left. We will never return to this location again.

We were vacationing in Pensacola and decided to go to the Ruby Tuesday's in Warrington, Pensacola, FL on Navy Blvd. It was the worst experience ever and we definitely won't be back again. The host was very unfriendly and rude as he took us to our table. We had a young child with us, but was never offered a Child's menu. We had to go back to the host stand to ask for one. Our server was curt and rushed and acted annoyed. When it was time to order, one in our group ordered the chicken & broccoli but asked if the chicken could be fried instead of grilled. This is an option that every other restaurant grants without a problem. We were told "no substitutions could be made". Another in our group ordered the bbq chicken salad, but asked if the dressing could be on the side. Again, another option that is available in all restaurants we've ever been to. The server told us this was not possible as the salads are premixed. Really?!?! At that point, she did not want to order anything to eat as this was very upsetting to her. The server responded with "Fine" and grabbed the menus and left. We were not offered any other options. When the food was served that the others in our group had ordered, everything was so salty that the food was not edible. Our plates were barely touched. We were never checked on for refills on drinks. We were just given the bill with no offers for take-home boxes or asked if everything was satisfactory. No manager ever came by to ask patrons how their service was. We left the restaurant still hungry, depressed and angry at the lack of service, courtesy, professionalism, and edible food. How this restaurant stays in business is beyond comprehension. Again, we vowed never to come back to this restaurant.

This was the kind of visit that makes us reluctant to try a brand again.
Beginning with the sloppy greeting, in which the greeters (two young girls with nearly no personality and zero interest in hospitality) appeared disengaged and unfamiliar with even the most rudimentary use of manners and running all the way through to the boring salad bar, this was not the kind of restaurant experience that I would recommend, even to the most desperate person.
We had just arrived in town after about 9 hours on the road and were hungry and ready to settle in for the evening, otherwise we would have walked out as soon as we met the greeters.
Being a hot day, we all ordered the salad bar, but that was a huge disappointment. There were several options but all were too cold and none had flavor. Even the dressings didn't help. The whole thing was beyond boring.
Our server was just okay and we had to wait for a long time for her to glance our way—a better way to describe it is that she purposely ignored us until she accidentally looked—so our glasses were empty for most of the visit.
Adding to the undesirability of this Ruby Tuesday location was the general disarray of the facility, from the dirty parking lot to the napkins and food on the floor and finally to the dirty plates at the salad bar.
I do NOT recommend Ruby Tuesday on Loblolly Lane in Pensacola. We travel a lot and have eaten at Ruby Tuesday restaurants from coast to coast, and they're usually a bit of a gamble—some are good, some are not—but this location was particularly bad. Not worth the trip.

I went to Ruby Tuesday on 4/16 arriving there around 6pm. I went during Happy Hour and the server gave me the wrong beer about 30 minutes later I still didn’t have a beer and once I spoke to the manager, he didn’t offer to get it. I wish they had left the wrong one it would have been better than no beer. All he did was take the charge for my beer off the ticket, JUST THE PRICE OF THE BEER. I felt that he just profiled me and went about his way. I have been going about twice a week, but I am done again. I say again because about 10 years ago I had a similar pattern, I got poor service and didn’t go back for 7 years. I love their food and I believe that they have the best salad bar in the industry but they have poor many inside the store. I have been in restaurant management for over 25 years and I refuse to pay for poor service.

I stayed in the Holiday Inn next door to this place. I walked over it's the first salad bar self serve I've seen in 2 years. Had a pretty good variety could have used a little bit of tidying up but they said people were wiping it out because there isn't any more around. Food was okay drinks were excellent I'll be back when I stay at the Holiday Inn. Bartender was friendly I was with a friend of mine who's a rapper and one of the girls came out and asked for his autograph that was pretty neat.

The 1 Star is not for the restaurant but for the meal we had. We are frequent customers at this R.T. Today we decided to try something different, The Burrito Bowl. It was one of those times that the food we were served did not match the menus description. It was mostly rice. Sour cream? Maybe a dot of sour cream. Not enough to have an impact on the flavor of the dish. This say it was a disappointment would be TRUTH. So yes, eat at this resturant but NO!! Do not order the burrito bowl.

Stopped in after racing across Mississippi and Alabama, on I-10, so we would be on the east side of the approaching Hurricane Sally. It was late but the servers were very nice and welcoming. Drinks and comfort food went a long way toward calming a long day.

This is the best rubys anywhere. We love the pride this rubys has in all they do. We would love to give a special Thanks to Thomas for always doing a great job, he deserves recognition. Excellent management team, Dewey hires a great group. Over the years we have gotten to know Duke who is a great cook. Thanks to him as well. Keep up the great work give this restaurant a remodel.

Our server was great! Tonya was very attentive to our needs. She noticed my daughter's soup was not full, only about half. She ordered her another one & added it to her bowl. She noticed it when she brought it. We thought that was great! We didn't wait long for her to come back and check us out. Normally that takes forever. It was really nice to have a person pay attention to these details. Thanks for the great service Tonya!

We have gone every day at happy hour when here. Sat at the bar every time, which I would recommend. If Thomas is there, your experience will be great. I usually had the salad bar. My wife tried different things. Happy hour makes dinner and drinks so much more wallet friendly.

Sorry place spend over 75 bucks to still have to come home to cook my order and on top of it.I had to get out of my vehicle because y’all walked right by the phone and never any took the time to pick it up knowing that you had someone outside
