This was our second time at this McDonald's, as we had been on a six week road trip through Florida and came back through Pensacola. This time we were just there for snacks while driving. We thought that the staff was very efficient and our order was processed quickly. We went inside to order and the interior of the restaurant, including the restrooms, was clean and well-kept.

We stopped at McDonald's for lunch. There is easy access in to and out of the parking lot with plenty of parking. There is a single lane drive-thru. In the front, there is a patio, should you wish to eat outside. The staff was efficient, the food was hot and the prices were what you have come to expect from McDonald's.

We love this location. They are remodeling and will enlarge the dining area which is much needed. The managers are always on top of things and employees are busy and nice. Dining area and restrooms are kept clean and food is fresh. Just off the interstate so busy at times during holidays and summer but still fast and efficient. We are local and visit 4-6 times a week for coffee and drinks if nothing else.

I would not recommend this particular McDonalds to anyone. I live by this location and every once in awhile I think, I’ll give it another chance. Nope!!! Let me down for the last 30 years I’ve lived here. Remember you read this when you get aggravated and walk out.

We had to wait in the designated area for hadhbrowns. Took 10 minutes for our food to come out and then they forgot our drinks. Don't your time here....they are slow!

The service here was exceptionally good, very friendly. My food was great. My order was prepared quite fast. The customer area was spotless. The location is easy access from the freeway.

For years I have been meaning to leave some sort of review regarding this McDonalds. I have frequently this location quite a bit over the last 10 years. 1/10 they get my order completely right- and I'm not talking complicated orders like orders sans ingredients or with extras- straight up orders.
My advice. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS STORE! (and more and more I'm leaning towards the franchise in general).
Billions served so they don't care.

At the tail end of a trip on the interstate, wanting to just get home, stopped for a quick burger and drink. The service was a bit slow, especially considering they did not have that many people waiting for food and it's a small place to begin. The cheeseburger meal was okay, I just wanted it done a little bit faster so I could get back on the road.

We were passing through and stopped for a quick bite. The cashier was friendly and polite and brought our food to the table. Everything was hot and fresh, the fries were some of the best we've had. The drinks had plenty of syrup in the Cokes. There are really cool photos of McDonalds around the world. We would stop here again!

Typical Mickey D's service slow but for whatever reason it is very small in the inside very limited seating. Enough sitting for maybe 20/25. If I was to visit again it would be drive thru and not the lobby

There is limited parking and it it a very crowded lay-out. And they do not offer Biscuits and Gravy! You have to wait a while as they always seem to be busy. Hard to get out of the parking lot. For safety sake only exit right (south) n Pine Forrest.
