We have even enjoying going to bonefish for many years now. Over the past year or so now, the service Industry has seem to really gone downhill so our expectations of a great experience and great food I’ve been very low. Thankfully we came to bonefish Grill on a date night and were welcomed with the best service we have ever had by Morgan LASSITE. She was very knowledgeable and attentive to everything we needed. Her personality is a breath of fresh air! We will be back and Because of Morgan we can look forward to a date night out again!

We went here for our weekly date night and it was absolutely amazing! Service was perfect. Our waiter was attentive and quick, he said he was new but he was one of the best waiters I’ve had in a long time. Our food was brought out promptly. We had calamari and the crab fries for appetizers, both were 10/10. We will 100% be back, this was an incredible date night for us.

From start to finish, this was an exquisite dining experience that could not have been better. I made a reservation in advance (highly recommended) and we were whisked to our table immediately upon arrival, and the hostess even mentioned my birthday. Our server, Elizabeth, was TOP NOTCH. She took care of every detail with the utmost professionalism and never left us looking for her or in need of something. The food was amazing and the carrot lava cake for dessert was super tasty. We had a great experience and I look forward to coming back. Get the margarita!!!

I visited on 9/11/20. The reason for the bad review is we ordered Bang Bang Shrimp for an app and the Fish & Chips for our lunch. The oil the food was fried in needs to be changed terribly. It truly made the Shrimp taste bitter. The fish was dark and just fried in old grease. Same for the fries. Not fried golden at all. Just dirty looking with a terrible old grease taste.
The good. My wife liked her Smoked Manhatten. She liked the Caesar salad. And the bread was delicious. And the server was wonderful.
Now, I didn't complain because it ruins the meal. So the server has no idea how bad the appetizer and lunch was. It would have ruined my wife's lunch experience. I just don't understand how - whoever is in charge - could let food go out looking like that and tasting as bad as it looks.
And I don't need a manager contacting me...I am not looking for anything. Just get the place running right and have some standards. This was a $73.70 lunch and it just was not very good.

Former 5 star review dining client. Sunday 8.1.21 was so disappointing. 5pm dine. Not overly busy & there is no excuse for a fine restaurant to fail so much. Lone Star served better tasting none chewy steaks. My lobster was dry. Crab cakes were not crab cakes just lumps & no flavor. Bang Bang shrimp dry no flavor.Everyone's meal was served like warm. Expectations are high w/ the high prices . Staff servers white jackets are dirty , sleeves & overall color & wrinkled giving one a frightful concern. Very disappointed on Sunday. Won't return.

Service was slow. Place was not very clean. Dinner was not served correctly nor cooked correctly. This place use to be real good, I will not go back. No longer an upscale place to eat. Physical deterioration as well as sub par help.

Went to Bonefish Grill tonight with 6:30 Reservations for 7 people. Ordered at 6:45. 4 Rainbow Trout, 1 Steak Dinner 1 Steak and Shrimp, 1 Scallop Shrimp Pasta. It took 55 minutes to bring 6 Plates and Another 12 Minutes to bring the final plate. The restaurant was half full. A husband does not eat his food until his wife's plate comes as a courtesy, so my Steak and Shrimp were cold by then. 1 of my friends Trout was cold when it came. We had ordered drinks before, but it seems the bartender is as slow as the kitchen staff. I spoke with the manager and she offered to make my plate over, but who wants to eat another half our later. I am a Certified Serve Safe Food Manager who has been in the food business since 2015 and I believe if they cannot plate dishes in a reasonable time, then maybe they need to find another type of work, Like Laying Bricks as you can be slower at that and still succeed. We will not be back.

Myself , my wife and my adult daughter had a 6:30 reservation on a Tuesday evening. When we got there snide the door and looked down the two carpets were filthy and had not been vacuumed. There may have been 4 patrons at the bar, and three tables occupied in the dinning area.
We were seated in a booth and waited on by a young inexperienced waitress.
We ordered 2 dirty martini’s and a glass of wine.
Twenty minutes later, no drinks.
The waitress apologized and said the bartender was busy. Well, she wasn’t. Additionally, we never saw a manager.
We got up and left.
Also, the dining area did not smell good and was not very clean.
We use to love coming here, but the business has gone from a professionally run, high end, great place to bring business guests to a low level, overpriced, dirty establishment.
Never again.

Done with this place. Servers are good but the food has gone way down. Kitchen staff serves cold, under cooked meals, which the try to make up for with small portions. Bread and wine are ok. Used all my Dine Rewards points this visit, so no urge to return.

We had previously gone to Bonefish for New Year's eve. Great meal, great waiter so this restaurant was an obvious choice when family came to visit. I ordered the BONEFISH SIGNATURE PASTA red peppers and artichokes tossed in creamy creole sauce finished over linguine with shrimp. What I received was pasta cooked to mush, two slivers of red peppers, couple tiny chunks of something I guessed were artichoke pieces and five cooked rock hard shrimp. The entire plate was covered in a sauce that tasted like someone had dumped an entire box of pepper in to it. I was to successfully chew on the shrimp after dunking them into my water glass to remove the pepper. Our waitress was less than one would expect having to asked several times to clear the salad plates, then never to be seen again until the bill arrived. We always try to give restaurants a chance so we will try one last time in the hopes it was just a bad night in the kitchen.

I'm tired of feeling cheated. Since this restaurant went under new management it has gone downhill. The servers are still pretty good, but the food is no longer worth the money. They are really cutting corners in their food portions. Went there last week with my wife and ordered the Fontina Chop and they must have shared the toppings with other orders as I got hardly any. Previously I got a salad that had 3 croutons. Too bad because we went there often...but now will be trying other Pensacola Restaurants.
Even their Dine Rewards program is cheating me. The servers insist they entered the information and when it doesn't post to my account, I call the number provided and they 'can't find it'

We have been to many Bonefish restaurants but this one stands alone as the worst. Food is inconsistent and the restaurant is often understaffed. At times the bartender is the only person waiting tables. Understably, it is often nearly empty. The problem seems to be with management.

I really love all the food here. Started my meal with the seasonal pumpkin stuffed ravioli - loved it. In fact, so much ravioli I could have stopped there….
I am a trout fan and all their fish is cooked so well…. not overcooked and rubber or dry like many restaurants I have been to.
Also, large portion of fish plus my sides of the Kung Pow Brussel sprouts and mashed potatoes …….sooooo delicious.
I only could eat half the trout because had to save room for the pumpkin melt in your mouth lava cake.

My husband and I were visiting the area and wanted to eat lunch before heading to the airport. The hostess and atmosphere were wonderful. My husband ordered the bang bang shrimp tacos with fries. I ordered the lobster tail and crab cake entree. All was delicious. The warm bread and olive oil to start the meal were delicious.
We would highly recommend this place.

We were here for a very late lunch and it was pretty slow in the restaurant. We were warmly greeted and immediately seated. We weren't in a hurray and it was nice to slow down and relax and enjoy our meal. The service was great, as was the food. I had a house salad and fish tacos and my wife had filet mignon and crab cakes. It was all delicious and couldn't have been better.
