The best ice pops no matter how adventurous of an eater you are. They have fruit only, dairy, and even alcoholic options to choose from. They always have seasonal flavors and use an abundance of Florida ingredients. The avocado coconut is the perfect balance of sweet, creamy, avocado goodness.

The pops were so good that my boyfriend and I both agreed to go back a second time during a 24 hour stay in St.Augustine. Some might say that $3.50 is a little expensive for a pop, but I am a firm believer in "you get what you pay for" and here you will receive quality products made with FRESH... More

my wife and I stumbled upon this place by accident. The food was fresh and prepared as ordered and the flavors were great. I recommend the deli ham and cheese on whole wheat bread. Then for our enjoyment we tried one of the Hypo Popsicle's that they are know for and all I can say is WOW! We had a... More

I have come here every time I have been to St. Augustine. Many flavors with interesting twists. Banana bread, mango mojito, pineapple upside down cake. Fresh ingredients at a reasonable price. No where else can you get popsicles like this!

Loved the Blueberry Lavender Lemonade popsicle. Very flavorful and refreshing. The Mango Champagne popsicle was a little on the sweet side, but still a nice treat. Looking forward to trying other flavors!

If there is such a thing as "homemade popsicles" this is the epicenter. A huge selection of both sweet and savory, any of which can be dipped in chocolate for a hard shell cover. I have been several times and the staff are always welcoming and efficient (gets really crowded in the Summer). Highly recommended!

My wife and I stopped in here to check it out. The blonde girl working there was very helpful with not only the product bet giving a few tips on st Augustine. The Popsicles are gourmet. I had the coconut coconut, and my wife had a strawberry basil. Both were very good. I wanted to go back and get another... More

The Hyppo is a gourmet popsicle shop that makes all of its own products using only fresh, natural ingredients. From fresh basil to ripe mangoes to blazing ghost peppers, you're sure to find flavor combinations here that expand the notion of what an ice pop can be. All pops are gluten free and vegetarian, and about half of our selection is dairy free. We use Florida evaporated cane juice to mildly sweeten the fruits and herbs before their flash-freeze onto a small birch stick. On a hot day in the historic district, this is the pinnacle of flavorful refreshment. Open late.
