Old, smelly, dirty and full of junk shops. Built in 1920's. being torn down completely. Excited to visit the new one when its finished. Will be beautiful and modern to add to this great city.

My husband and I had a "day date" at the Pier and lunch at Cha Cha's. Good food and wonderful seaside atmosphere!

We visited the Pier earlier this week and the views are spectacular. The gift shops are not as great as we would have liked, nothing unique and a bit tacky. But, the view is worth the visit! And, there is a small cafe on the...More

This being such a high point for the town, it is worth the stop there, though other than the view, there is nothing very unusual about the attraction.

Power was out due to a storm, but they still had generator power, so we were able to get an excellent cheeseburger and a nice view. Cheesy, family friendly storefronts abound. Free Trolley to get here, but we walked because it was so pretty!

When I went in the late 1990s this was a top place to visit in St. Petersburg. Now it is run down, lacking tenants and quality merchandise. The pier has great potential, offers great views and is in an ideal location but is in desperate...More
