We arrived at 11am and the parking lot was so full we had to park on the street which I took to be a good sign of tasty things to come. We walked... More

Right on the river under a canopy of oaks. This temple and food area is open on Sundays year round and offers all the traditional Thai dishes cooked to perfection. Don't forget to bring home some special spice mixes for your soups that will last the season. Get there early on nice days to avoid the lines. Parking is adequate.... More

I love them Thai temple. The Sunday food market is always a destination for the senses- the smells, the sights, the food. The have a lot of different foods here- spring rolls, curries, Thai pho soups, desserts, etc. They also sell plants and other items- I picked up a couple of very nice orchids. Every Sunday at 10am this wonderful retreat opens a covered market of Thai delicacies in stalls on the temple grounds. Proceeds are donated to the charities and only cash is used for transactions. The food is freshly made and delicious overall with every imaginable variety. Lines can be long the later you arrive, get there early. Dining is at picnic... More
