Cannot rave about this place enough. Make sure you make a reservation though, the tables fill up fast! The outside is so cute with lights hanging above the tables and the service was fabulous. The food was incredible. The only negative was that we had to walk a little bit to our car because parking was scarce. However, we saw... More

So i have been here several times before and my last visit was so bad I had to leave. The manager was so very rude. My niece convinced me to give it another try. So i did and on my birthday of all days. I went there for brunch they open at 1030 and i was there by 1045. They... More

Beautiful, natural setting, excellent service, and delicious, ingenious vegetarian fare - loved the eggplant caprese, and the 'tuna melt' was quite good - 'hummingbird' desert cake, like a carrot cake, was noteworthy too

I don't want to give the impression that our experience was anything less than great but ill rate our food from least liked to absolutely blissful. Least liked was the tempeh BLT. The tempeh was too soft without enough sauce but still good. Next was the mac n cheese. Our two year old wouldn't eat it as it was too... More

Charming atmosphere and delicious vegan fare. I had the buffalo wrap and it was the perfect mix of spice and crunch. I'd highly recommend the palm cakes as well, they had a flavor and texture reminiscent of crab cakes and a flavorful sauce on top. The desserts were both plentiful and plenty delicious! Definitely recommend!

Since our vegetarian children from Seattle were visiting, we knew they'd love Darbsters. The minnestrone soup was served lukewarm, but they gladly heated it. The taco platters were excellent. My cauliflower steak was not hot enough but otherwise good. Our granddaughter did not like her mac and cheese because she is used to regular cheese, and the soy cheese was... More

It was our third time to settle on a decision, and sadly, the flaws showed up more clearly this time. From the seating, to the explanation of the menu, to its limitation. No one acts like they wanted to be there. Again, this is the second time the wait staff forgot to bring an item which was ordered. When we... More

As vegetarians, we rarely look out vegetarian restaurants, preferring to look for interesting options in regular eateries. Darbster is an exception. We have taken many non-vegetarian friends here and everyone loves it, especially if you can get one of the outside tables on the canal. Everything is made on the premises and the options are vast. Soups, salads, main course,... More

Here is what I love about Darbster: all the doggies hanging out with owners, all the animal rights activism, and the wait staff-- friendly and conscientious. Here is the low down on the food: Darbster's meals are delicious, if a bit on the heavy side - a lot of processed fake-meats mean you may leave feeling overly full. As a... More

We were staying in and did not want to drive to Jupiter for vegan fare. Darbster was the perfect spot. The cauliflower kale soup was just right and both our salads were well dressed and seasoned. We will be back to try out other menu items. The guitarist on this Wednesday night was exceptional.
