I had driven by this gem many times with out ever seeing it, even parked in their lot to shop next door! Reservations are a must, Miz Kathi's is small. They had three settings the night we were there. Every dish had a "Southern Twist" chessey grits and BBQ pork, cat fish, chicken fried steak. Fried tomatoes a hit, cakes... More

Setting is all Southern and all antique furnishings. Decorated with itms from down South Living. Lots of memorabilia to see while dining from a well assorted menu.

Cute atmosphere, like going to Grandma's house. Great homemade cakes and the Shrimp and Grits is awesome.

Cotillion Southern Cafe is a charming restaurant in Wildwood, FL with delicious food, excellent service, and desserts that are out of this world. I had a delicious shrimp salad sandwich with crisp homemake chips, and iced tea. Unfortunately, no room for the multiple layer cake but they looked scrumptious. I'm looking forward to my next lunch!!

Best to go here when you're hungry. The appetizers are just out of this world and so delicious. The entrees are a treat beyond words, cooked and presented with a charm of years gone by. This is southern cooking that rivals mother's and grandmother's best. The desserts are to die for and are baked fresh every day. The dinners at... More

What a find just a few minutes off I75 in Wildwood, Fl. We had a lovely lunch from start to finish. Great food and charming service in a nostalgic venue. The fried green tomatoes and a sumptuous cake were amazing!

Previously we had done dinner here and were very pleased. Today we had a friend join us for lunch. I had the Mamas meatloaf on smashed potatoes with a special sauce. Excellent!! My partners got chicken & tuna salad sandwiches which were tasty and plentiful. The side cole slaw was delicious. Only negative was the wait after ordering which was... More

There are many reviews of this old FL restaurant and if you want to taste southern food like our Grannies used to make this is the place you shouldn't miss! It is a tad pricey but it is an experience rather than just a place to eat. If I tried to pick a favorite it would be impossible. They have... More

We were trying to decide between Miz Kathys or a national chain and we are so glad we chose her cafe! It is in an old bank with antiques throughout and lots of mile high cakes and huge slices of homemade pies! Husband had chicken fried steak and I and Hialeah salad and sweet cornbread with orange zest came with.... More
