Good atmosphere in downtown Douglasville, ample parking. Food is very good but you must enjoy spicy. Everything on the menu is spicy, at least I found it very spicy. I had shrimp and black beans.

Ate here a while back. Four different entrees, one flavor. Chicken, shrimp, catfish and alligator-- every one tasted the same.

Authentic Cajun cuisine. Their menu is extensive and served hot and tasty. The service was personable and welcoming.

We stopped by on the way home from Atlanta. It is a little off the interstate but we thought that it was worth it. It is an old town area. The restaurant was very busy but we were seated pretty quickly. The menu had a lot of offerings so if Cajun is not your thing then you still will find... More

This is the best food I've ever eaten in my entire life. That's a bold statement because I've been around and I have eaten in a lot of places. There porkchops are the best incredibly juicy pack with so much flavor cooked right every single time. There's normally I wait just because it's the best restaurant all of West Georgia.... More

We never really had cajun food and my husband doesn't like anything spicy so I was a bit concerned. My concerns were unfounded, it was delicious! Our server was very... More

My wife and I met my Daughter and new Grandchild at Gumbeaux for a change of pace from our normal food fare. Boy, were we thrilled with the food and service. We started with the Crab, Spinach, and Artichoke Dip. It was deliciously covered with about a half an inch of cheese (like over a great onion soup). The very... More

Has to be the best Cajun food outside of New Orleans. I went here when it first opened and was in a small storefront with abut six tables 20+ years ago. It has now quadrupled in size yet it is still the same, if not better! My husband looks forward to coming to Metro Atlanta solely for the purpose of... More
