I hate to admit I lived in mcdonough for 15yr before coming here and now it's every week or so with the family. What an amazing selection of burgers with ingredients I never would have imagined to go on one. This place is a must do when u want a great burger. Plus the handmade shakes are the perfect finish.... The burgers at this location are the best burgers you will find anywhere around. The atmosphere is great for couples, families, or for a solo meal. The atmosphere is southern friendly in a 50's style diner themed environment. I would definitely recommend this restaurant for anyone who loves a good burger and is visiting this area.

First time here. Ordered the special Quesadilla Burger. This said the bun was replaced with quesadillas. Well, it came with two sandwich thins (bread) with cheese and onions then the burger and toppings then another two sandwich thins with cheese and onions. Sorry, but sandwich thins are not a quesadilla! This was way too much bread! The fries were excellent,... More

Love the food at Kirby G's. I am a local and always recommend this 50's style dinner. But the last 2 times I have taken family here for lunch, the wait staff spent more time talking to one another than taking care of business. However you will love the burgers, homemade chips, and ice cream!

Had the "Lone Ranger" burger and fries yesterday and it was cooked correctly and delicious. My wife had the brisket sandwich and that was fantastic! I'm having the brisket next time...

Located off the historic and very popular McDonough Square KirbyG's diner is a favorite place to eat with the locals. The 1950s style diner is a great place to get a burger and fries, chicken wings, salads or just a milk shake. Often they will have live music to entertain the patrons. Great place for friends to meet!

This is a great throwback to the old 50's malt shop. Great burgers, milkshakes, and fries. Can't eat it everyday, but it's a great treat!

The burgers are great but the sides need to go back to being made from scratch. Burgers are cooked right the way you like them. Cool little bar area, booths and takes with a larger room for a big family event. Decent beer selection. Cute soda fountain feature to get your dairy fix with a float, sundae, malt or whatever.... Long a favorite of ours, they have the best burgers in town! Also, try the Onion Petals - they're incredible! Worth the trip every time!
