We love Dairy Queen but this one had terrible customer service & the food was even worse. The cashier overcharged three families in a row & messed up our order completely!

I would normally would not spend my time talking about a fast food chain, but this one was Horrible. With a capital "H" There was not friendly service and the dining room area was filthy. We were served on a dirty tray and the food was bad. When you exit the interstate with hardly any exits on it, you see... More
I've stopped at this DQ a few times as I was passing through. The set up of this business causes bottleneck as you never know who has ordered or who is waiting to order. They are slow, slow, slow. The restaurant looks like it's not cleaned often either. Food is ok once you finally get it.
Convenient to Interstate 16. They have the $5 meal specials and excellent shakes. It is a nice place to take a driving and restroom break for a D Q ice cream treat. Yes, you would hope for better service.
I love dairy queen, just not this one. I've been here 5 to 6 times in the last 15 years. Looks great from the road due to a remodel but that's all that is great. The food is always disappointing and the staff is always slow. If you have 15 to 20 minutes to waist, order from the drive thru.... More
This was a very poor choice for lunch. First, we didn't get what we ordered. It was too late to take it back, because we were already down the highway. I should have known, when I saw her take the hamburgers out of the microwave. This was the worst hamburger I've had in a long time.
While transiting to Savannah, needed a refreshment break and this DQ was right there off I16. As expected, their vanilla shake was excellent. The store was clean and the staff was pleasant if a little lackluster. I was surprised to see "cheese curds" on the menu. Didn't know that was a DQ offering.
We stopped in for a quick bite (drive thru) on a slow Tuesday afternoon. We should have known how the visit would transpire when we waited behind the customer in front of us for several minutes. When we pulled up to the window, the cashier handed us a melting cone and asked for payment. She took it, processed it, and... More
