Very good cafe within the town where it appears every second shop is a cafe or eating venue. Location helps as its the first one when leaving the station, but more than holds it's own with choice and quality on offer. Very friendly and efficient staff always around.

Mrs S, on the corner of Whatley Crescent and Eighth Avenue in Maylands, is a small, quirkily decorated coffee shop/café which has built up a dedicated following in what is a pretty competitive Maylands strip environment. As well as seating inside a few tables and chairs on the footpath provide alternative outdoor eating opportunities. At breakfast, and particularly on weekends,... More

The venue is actually bigger than I expected as once you walk inside the café, you can walk right through to the back of the café and then takes you to a court yard at the back of the café which is very private. Quirky venue, menu has loads of different food items to choose from. We went for brunch... More

Mrs.S always has a queue and is constantly busy. They do a good job when you can get a table but don't expect anything great when it actually arrives

Breakfast with my daughter on a sunny Perth morning . Looking at the menu, mmm what to choose. Iced chocolate and smashed avocado, was the choice. It was fabulous. Food was plentiful, fresh and tasty. Paying the bill we were delighted with the range of cake and sweets. So much so we decided to come back in the afternoon. My... More

"We had a lovely breakfast at Mrs. S. I had the Rose and berry panna cotta which was absolutely divine. The husband had the eggs Benedict with chorizo, which was delicious too. Coffee was good, and we loved the decor. Will be back!"

I can imagine this place gets really busy and with good reason. Fresh, well prepared, interesting and funky. Coffee excellent. This could be a good spot to stop on the way to or back from Swan Valley for coffee or tea. Definitely recommend

Very popular little eatery, one of the many trendy Perth cafes. Food pretty good, coffee OK, menu reasonable and prices par for the course. Service was fine, struggling to cope with demand.

Limited menu which was a little disppointing. Food good but nothing special so would rate as average.
