Never thought I would be talking about how amazing they are but with the light tempura coating and the hime made ranch they are just spectacular. We stop in some times just for them and a glass of Sauvignon Blanc.

Every time I visit Boise, I try to have dinner and drinks at the Fork. They have a really great menu with options for everyone. I've had the grilled Brussels sprouts, the Boise Chop Salad, 8th Street Tacos and I've tasted the Artichoke Ravioli and Short Ribs. All are super delicious. As for the drink menu, lots of good concoctions.... More

I can't say enough about this place. My wife had the Street Tacos and I had the Urban burger. Both were outstanding and original. If you want to get away from the same ol' same ol', this is a good place to start. The grilled artichoke appitizer was monster!

I went to Fork for lunch with a business associate recently. We both ordered salads. She ordered the chicken salad and I the two rivers trout salad. Great choices. My salad had plenty of smoked trout and avocado with butterleaf lettuce and a yummy dressing. My associate liked her chicken salad as well. We had the brownie dish with vanilla... More

If you sit along the windows you can see the pedestrian traffic passing by and think "this is really getting to be the big city!" The is outdoor seating for... More

I went to Saturday dinner here with my wife and in laws while visiting Boise. Even though we waited an hour, it was worth the wait. All enjoyed their food. There's was also an extensive local beer and wine list.

We were walking around and found this spot, and we weren't disappointed! The BAM Sammy and the 8th Street tacos were great! And the service and atmosphere were good too.

This is one of my favorite restaurants in Boise. Not only is their food always delicious and fresh, but also they make it very easy (and reliable!) to order gluten free. For those of us who have no choice, it is very nice to be treated well and without having to feel we are asking for an outrageous favor as... More
