Our first time. Food was fresh and excellent and very Greek. Service was great and it sounded like everyone in the kitchen was having a good time. We will definitely be back. Highly recommend.

I came to Sofia's about a half-hour after they opened on a Saturday. A family of five was already seated and another six tables filled up after I got there. I thought that was a good sign. I ordered a gyro and Greek fries — with added herbs and a load of feta, enough to spoon on my gyro and... More

We are frequent diners at Sofia's. It's one of my wife's favorite restaurants as their chicken is cooked/flavored to her liking. My son loves their Mac&Cheese//Pita dish and I can never go wrong with a beer and some feta with a gyro, a Zeus burger, or one of the flatbreads. Their dinner plates and Greek Salad are not to be... I have been to Sofia's about 4-5 times, since it is in my area, and I have enjoyed it every time! They have specialty drinks, that are fun to try b/c it is something new and different. They have live music at times, and the food is good and not overpriced!

Our second time for dinner with my wife at Sofia's. We had the veggie flat bread for appetizer with tzatiki base an it was delicious. The lemon based soup easy as good as the soup we had in Athens. For entrees I had moussaka while my wife had the veggie rice bowl, which came on a plate and gave us... More

We really enjoy Sophia's. My wife goes for the lamb, and I'll do just about anything but the lamb. We've always been pleased. I've spent some time in Greece and find the flavors and textures to be authentic and the portions are large. The decor is a little, well, odd, but we don't go to eat the atmosphere. Try it,... More

We had a late lunch at the restaurant. Service was average and there were not many other diners. The food was above average and seemed authentic. The chef was stated to be from Greece. We enjoyed the meal.

Best lunch, service quick and very very friendly. Food was great, and gyro was seasoned just right. Went twice this month.

This is a hidden little gem of a restaurant that I'd been wanting to try - the food does not disappoint. I had the chicken souvlaki gyro and a salad - both were great.

Looked for a simple place to eat while in Boise for business, found this place and was pleasantly surprised at how great the food was. The staff was super knowledgeable and guided me through the menu with multiple suggestions and quickly narrowed things down and helped me make a great pick. Definitely recommend and will come again on my next... More
