It's a fast food restaurant, nothing is made to order. Food is sitting in a warmer and assembled at the counter. You can your food on a tray. Food was just ok and the dinning area needed to be cleaned. Would not return.

Costa always has great tasting food. The place is usually busy, but always seems to have room when your looking for a seat. The management is much better then the new Cafe Rio over by campus. They are very efficient with their line. Quick to...More
Not sure whether you would call this Tex Mex or imitation Baja mexican food. Poor service, overpriced and (student) staff more focused on interacting with one another. "Deal Killer" is when a Mexican food restaurant charges you for a tiny cup of salsa. Really the...More
This place was much better than expected. The set up is similar to a Moe's where you order at a counter, but the food is much better flavor and quality. We came in right during their dinner rush, but didn't have to wait long. The...More
Costa Vida has lots of savory salads and delicious burritos! I've been here with friends as well as family. My husband loves the sweet pork burrito and I love the mango chicken salad. They give you more than enough toppings, 3 choices of dressing on...More

Although the line was huge. The wait was worth it. Fresh tacos with amazing tortillias. The meat was so juicy and delicious. I wanted Chipotile... but loved Costa Vida. They even serve horchata... not many Mexican restaurants have this yummy elixer available.
It's good food made in front of you. Your choice of meats, beans, rice, toppings for burritos or salads. A lot like Cafe Rio.
